We use Hinding for regular furnace and air-conditioning maintenance, and new furnace installation. We have always received excellent service, with trustworthy and knowledgeable technicians. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and even came to fix our furnace when it shut down on Christmas Eve, with no extra holiday charges. we just had a new furnace installed and we are very pleased with everything they did. Would highly recommend!

Hey, I don’t usually do reviews, so it’s gotta be good if I do. Extremely great service, trustworthiness, knowledge and great positive vibe. Ryan came out of his way to service our house. He took it Upon himself to not just do the job but to go above and beyond. He pointed out areas of improvement that he could do took the time to explain what he’s doing and how to operate the equipment. I guess I’m used to people just coming out and doing a job grunt a few words and rush off to the next one. This is definitely not the case here. This my new go to for heating and cooling. I needed to get a new high efficiency furnace and wanted to get it done by end of year. Tom Hinding came on a Sunday afternoon and gave me his recommendation and bid for a 97 percent efficient furnace - so reasonable, and the type of furnace fits my house and needs as well. On installation day, Tom came out with his crew and got everything set up. Ryan and Oscar worked cleanly and efficiently and the install went great, including the super simple thermostat that suits my needs exactly. They explained how everything works - not complicated, which suits me to a T - and were just as straightforward and helpful as Tom.

My new furnace is very quiet and heats the house perfectly.

I would recommend Hinding to anyone. They care about the customer and are complete professionals. The absolute best.

Highly recommend this local small business. I have used them for service in the past, always knowledgeable and fair priced. I had them replace my furnace this morning and it went quickly and smoothly. They are always on time and put down tarps to protect my flooring. Straight shooters, give them a shot if you need service or replacement of furnace or AC, I won't use anyone else!

"THINK SAFETY" on the back of a truck, tailgating a Ford Taurus with less than 2 feet between them at 50mph. Very safe.

This company is an absolute rip off!! I had them replace a broken fan in my Hvac unit. The fan cost $200 and the installation was $700. When the new fan broke again in short order I called to have them warranty it and they told me they did not warranty their work and to take it up with the manufacturer of the fan. I spoke with another Hvac company about having another new fan installed and they charged $200 for the new fan and $300 for labor. Harris Mechanical is the epitome of poor service and over pricing. STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Gave the technician my lock box key code to enter my rental property and discovered that a month after the repairs (of which I was charged over $2,000 to replace a $70 drip pan) the technician was continuing to use my personal keys via my lockbox code to unlawfully enter the property.

I put in a service request. They said somebody would be showing up 9 to 11. Call back at 2:30, and the office did not put through the service request. So now I have elderly residents that ac is blowing out 80° air. If you're looking for a Tech to show up in a timely manner or when your appointment is set for good luck.

I schedule air duct cleaning with Ultimate, the technicians was really nice explained the process before starting and gave me a before and after pictures.
I recommend them and for sure schedule with Ultimate the next time.

Johnny and David did a fantastic job from start to finish. Explained the cost and process up front. Left the house cleaner than when they started. It was a pleasure working with Johnny and David and would highly recommend them.

Scheduling was misleading. I was informed over the phone that a same day service was an option (after an inspection and estimate) which is why I booked it. (We had dead mice trapped in our ducts stinking up our house.) At the time of the inspection, it was communicated it was NOT an option and had to schedule at a later date.

After the service had concluded and the technicians had left, I found an attic door left open, the dryer was not plugged back in, the freezer was not plugged back in (costing us $175 in spoiled food,) and two messes of collected debris left in our backyard. (See pictures for reference.)

The owner was apologetic and the technician returned to clean up the mess in the yard, and we were able to recoup some money for the spoiled groceries. When they returned to clean up, they tried to dispose of it in our trash can which was full after the holidays. After requesting they bring it with them and load it into the company vehicle, I was informed that it's standard process for them to dispose of the collected debris in the customer's trash receptacle. Eventually, they did bring it with them.

I have used a different air duct cleaning company and they did NOT do that. I called called around other companies to inquire about their practices and they confirmed they do NOT dispose of what they collect in the customer's own trash because it's considered "substandard, not best practice, and not hygienic."

Ultimate Aur Duct Cleaning is absolutely the BEST! I am so glad they came to clean the air ducts/vents today! Yani & David are by far 2 of the nicest, professional, respectful, kind, fast, thorough, knowledgeable and friendliest people I have ever encountered in such a long time!
I definitely would give them MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!! I am really impressed and can't say enough about them!! I will definitely sleep better tonight knowing we're not going to breathe in the bad air any longer! I absolutely will use ULTIMATE services again and highly recommend them!!! I hope they see my review because I would like to say again...
