Our AC died during the worst July heatwave! Called the first place Google showed. Their tech arrived crazy fast, found a bad capacitor in like 20 minutes. Had the part right there, fixed it before dinner. Dude was super nice and explained everything clearly. Total lifesaver. House cooled down fast. Definitely using them again!

There is plenty of room in the yard. I got unloaded quick.

They work in a very unsafe manner and will not reply to emails with concerns for the general publics welfare.

Broke many OSHA laws whilst working in and around children and seniors.

Leave trucks running with the keys in them for 45 minutes with no consideration for others or the environment.

Did the first job really quickly and now all they seem to do is return to fix the problems.

I'm sure there are better firms out there with more respect for the environment and respect for their own workers.

No safety barriers when working on 40+ feet and did not control the traffic issues or Inform people what they were doing.

No care for anyone or anything around them either.

Steve sent out a crew of two to repair our flat roof in Balsam Lake. His team gave an estimate, he assured me it would be close and we set a date. Troy and his helper worked all day and into the evening. The job far exceeded the estimate. Steve did increase the final cost but not nearly what the job entailed. Troy did not cut corners despite the long day. He came back the next day to wrap up the job. I would highly recommend McPhillips for fairness and a job well done.

Our roofs, chimneys and gutters have been torn apart since May, so 7 months, with no end in sight. Workers do a little work, then leave for months. Boxcar-sized trash bin, “cherry picker” giant lift, and a disarray of lumber remains in the yard and driveway. Fully expect ice and water and mold damage to be next, as houses are not meant to be exposed like this. Do not hire this company, we have very likely been swindled as we payed up front.
