I chose Christie Heating and Cooling Service after interviewing six heating and air conditioning providers. It was, by far, the best in terms of level of expertise and was informative and helpful. The installation of the HVAC unit was impressive, even requiring a huge crane to lift the compressor to the location on the north side of our house. The guy who came to inspect the unit was polite, professional and efficient.

Called and they came the next morning as I had requested. It was a perfect experience. Found the simple problem and corrected it. I had bought a new ecobee thermostat that I was nervous about putting in myself, so I asked if he could install it. He was happy to. The price was really reasonable. All thumbs up from me!

Called at 8:30AM and had a tech out by 10:15AM same day. He fixed my issue and was out of my house by 10:40, bill in hand. Nice tech, fast service, great company! Thank you so much!

I really appreciate how much Christie Heating and cooling helped me when my furnace went out a few weeks before Christmas. I am on a fixed income and didn't have the full amount for the repair bill. Mark responded to my call the same day, and was at my house in an hour. He was able to diagnose and fix my problems right away, and an hour later my A/C was working properly. I would definitely use Christie Heating and Cooling again, and recommend them to anyone looking for great service in a timely manner.

Mark and his crew did an amazing job on installing all new furnace, A/C and the duct work. Mark was very easy to work with during the whole process, and very quick on responding to my questions. He was very informative and knowledgeable when he came for the estimate. They did a superb job on the clean up everyday and after the project was complete. I was very pleased that he took care of contacting Xcel Energy, Focus on Energy, and the inspector. I would recommend Christie Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Chippewa Valley. They will definitely be the ones I use when needing future jobs and annual inspections.

Charged me $1100 dollars for a blower motor plus $200 in labor. I asked him if we can order one online and he told me l would not be able too find one because my furnace was too old. He left the old blower on the floor and l looked it up the model no. and l found it on Amazon for $399.00 dollars. I called 3 other heating places the one was $750 and the other one was $650 and the last place was $600 dollars and they had all the motors on hand.So don’t go there l called them and tried too talk too a manager but he never called me back so l talked too the receptionist she told me there was nothing they could do about and laughed.

Mark and his crew saved us with a new A/C installation after they found our 20+ year system had failed. Very courteous, very professional, and just great people to work with. They said they would be here for the job at a certain time and they sure were. I highly recommend them!

Came home from vacation, AC did not work, called Christie and he had a serviceman out here within 30 minutes to check system. Seth, came out and began troubleshooting the issue and he found it. Final repairs will be completed tomorrow because he needed to get a new coil pack.

I cannot say enough for the outstanding customer service that Christie gives their customers. They make us feel that we are really important to them and they back that up every time.
As far as I am concerned Christie is the gold standard in this area for all heating and AC needs, you can't go wrong.

Daniel was very thorough in doing a routine maintenance check on my gas furnace and air conditioner. It was obvious he knew what he was doing as he pulled and cleaned parts and then checked to make sure both heating and cooling were working well. He was very cordial in pointing out things as I watched him work. He updated the drainage system for my furnace so it would drain faster. When he found a mouse nest in my AC, we talked about things to prevent that from happening in the future. I have total confidence that my AC will not have any problems this summer nor heating issues next winter.

Jose and his colleague replaced an old furnace and boiler. They showed up on time, were clean, organized and friendly. They got us a permit which other companies did not tell us about. They also helped out our neighbor with air conditioning.

I just used this company to move two condensers from the back yard to the side yard and I'm very pleased with the work done. Joe was great at communicating with me throughout the process and his team were respectful of my residence and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Top notch!!

We contacted this company because they were local and the reviews were good. Big mistake. We had an electrical/burning odor in our furnace room and needed it looked at before we left town for a week. Had an appt for them to come out between 8-11 am and I stayed home from work. No call no show all morning. They finally called at 2 and said they were really backed up. I sent them more information so they could troubleshoot the issue before coming out. But then they never called back and NEVER SHOWED UP! I’ve never had that poor of an experience with a scheduled appt.

We had our AC go out during 100 degree days so called to see if we could get a Sunday appointment and they were willing and able to come out late. Nautilus Heating and Cooling were so helpful in talking us through the issue that we were even able to self diagnose the problem. Definitely recommend.

I've used Nautilus Heating and Cooling for over two years now. They always give great service on the phone and in person. I used to do check up every six months but then flipped to the more expensive maintenance plan last year as my unit is entering middle age. Glad I did as I had to use it!

Called this company for AC repair. My unit fan was no longer spinning. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable with me as I told him about the problem. His crew was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time , fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after. I will definitely being using their services again. Don't waste your time for you HVAC needs, have these guys come out instead.

I called Nautilus Heating and Cooling and they had a representative at my home that same afternoon, with installation the next day. The installation went smooth and they did a spectacular job cleaning up the old equipment and answering all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend them everyone.
