Andy did a great job and was a true professional in how did the ductwork and dryer vent cleaning. He showed me and explained the things I should be aware of with pictures due to the tricky angles in my system. I have recommended Andy to my neighbors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He will not let you down.

Andy came out to my home today and cleaned my vents and dryer his service was excellent I had talked to around 7 other companies to get this done and when I talked to Andy I decided to go with him and I’m so happy I did very nice guy I can breath better in my home thanks Andy.

In June of 2020, Minnesota Vent Pro came out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. We bought our home in January 2017 and it is recommended to clean air ducts every three years. Seeing how much was in the dryer vent and air ducts, this cleaning probably avoided a fire hazard. I appreciated the professionalism, fair pricing and stellar customer service.

Andy did a fantastic job fixing our dryer vent and removing a dead chipmunk inside. I called MN Vent Pro on a Sunday morning in desperation as the odors from the dead chipmunk were starting to stink up our basement and 1st floor of our house. When I first called, Andy did not have availability initially but made an exception after hearing our situation. He took great care and time to remove the old dryer vent and dead chipmunk and then replaced it with a new dryer vent. In addition, Andy thoroughly cleaned the floor under and around the dryer and also cleaned inside of the dryer and back side after removing the rear panel. Andy's attention to detail and great service was outstanding! I highly recommend MN Vent Pros after having such wonderful service.

There were some spots in my duct work where someone had done a poor job taping joints so he just fixed it, without charge, simply because he thought it needed to be done.
