We use fresh air vents do clean the ducts in our house. They are on time, on price, and very knowledgeable.

Arrived right on time, showed before/after pictures, were in and out in the time frame they indicated, and were super friendly while here. Will recommend them to any/all friends looking for this type of work.

I had a dryer vent that had broken, not even sure when (yay first time home owner), that ended up causing all the lint from laundry to blow into my storage room. Adam and his crew came out and fixed my vent and cleaned up the mess. I am so appreciative and will definitely be calling in the future. In the end I'm so relieved that it was just lint and not spider webs.

Adam and his team were awesome! We had a dryer that was not working whatsoever. They came out twice to get the vent cleared out and said it was one of the worst they'd seen (like 1 in 1,000). Dryer works great now, and they also did our hvac system clean and carpets at the same time. Will use again, no doubt!

We had originally contacted another company about cleaning our air ducts but they declined given the complexity of accessing all the duct work. They did recommend finding a company that used a rotary brush tool to complete the job but after reviewing the aggessive nature of this type of service, I wasn't confident damage wouldn't be done to the ductwork. On that note I researched other types of approaches and felt that the more flexible whip line/vacuum system used by Fresh Air Vents was my preferred avenue of service. Adam was confident his experience would allow him to effectively do the job of cleaning the entire network of duct work in our older home (a one time cabin with duct work installed when an addition was completed). It was a daunting task given that only part of the ducts had been cleaned once in 40 plus years but Adam and Brant jumped right in and after close to 3 hours they completed the job. They were informative and showed us before and after pictures throughout and made sure to show our young grandsons how the whipline works. I really appreciate professional, quality customer service and that is why I would not hesitate to recommend Fresh Air Vents to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned.

Great professional service, went above and beyond! Adam clearly outlined and explained how to prep, what to expect, and touched base as needed throughout the process. He and Brent even fit in an extra "fix it" project with the dryer vent when they were done with the scheduled vent / duct work. We look forward to working with them again 😀

I never imagined that I would write a glowing review of a dryer vent cleaning, but here I am. Adam was out of this world! I set up an appointment for 9:00 AM on a Tuesday. At precisely 9:00, Adam pulled into my driveway. I don't know about you, but that blew my mind.

If you "feel" you suffer from allergies I suggest having Adam clean your vents. After our home was done my family is off allergy medication. Very satisfied with duct cleaning. My husband, the engineer, had a lot of questions, all were answered completely and directly. Our ducts had been done a few years ago by another company but the Before picture shows that job was not well done. The After picture shows what clean looks like.
