We had a great experience with Hal from Chimney Doctors. We had a few companies come out to provide estimates, and Hal was the most thorough by far. He covered all the bases, answered all our questions, and did it patiently and thoroughly. Five stars!

He was a great communicator, provided extra education to ensure we get the most out of our stove, and invited observing as he did the chimney check and explained what he was seeing. We just had Hal from Chimney Doctors out to inspect our chimney. He was very personable and we definitely appreciated his honesty in not recommending the use of our fireplace unless repairs were done, since we have four small children and their safety is our number one priority. Hal was very thorough and involved us during his entire inspection. He answered all of our questions and provided us with different options to fix the issues with our chimney and fireplace. He did a great job.

Everyone at Chimney Doctors was great. Josh spent 3 days here heading up the whole project. He was super patient with questions and talking us through both the mundane and the unexpected aspects of the job. The exterior restoration was the top few rows of brick and a new cap and flashing, but it looks
like we got a whole new chimney! Plus the new damper is so much easier and more logical than the original cast iron one. Can’t wait to enjoy a safer, cleaner and more efficient fire this Fall and Winter. 7 “before” photos, and the after.

Getting your furnace checked out in the fall is not only a good idea, it is a must in Minnesota where I live ❄️. Doug from Home Care Heating and Air checked out our furnace and we are good to go. I even signed up for their monthly Care Package. Not only do I get my A/C and Furnace tuneups covered when I need them, my payments build equity towards a new HVAC system we are anticipating in about 5 years.

Hal saved me from being scammed by another company for a replacement chimney liner that I didn’t need! So grateful for his honesty, knowledge, and candor. He provided an estimate for work that actually needs to be done when I have my roof replaced later this year, and confirmed my current HVAC exhaust is perfectly safe. He also helped with referrals for additional HVAC and home repair work. Good, honest local business. Thank you!!

Craig is amazing. I brought the 6 year old I nanny to see the storefront. He loves HVAC, especially air conditioners. Craig took time to explain the parts to him and was so kind and patient. Great employee!

I described my problem over the phone. After they came out (the day after they said they would come) they told me they couldn’t help me. Most expensive five minutes I ever experienced.

I called to make an appointment and they were very considerate and were able to work with me on scheduling. Their tech came out and was very detailed and took the time to check everything. He then spent the time to explain issues and options. Would not delay to use them again in the future!!

They showed up to install our new unit. Again, top notch professionalism and courtesy. We were told the job could take 2 days, but they worked non-stop to get our new unit installed and running within 8 hours. That means a lot with 2 toddlers at home. I hope these employees receive the recognition they deserve!

Our tech and he was great. He was prompt, professional and very nice. He clearly explained what he found, and was able to create a fix on the spot for our furnace that didn't have easy access to the filter. Highly recommend their services.

Just had my furnace looked at by Tom at Larkin Heating & Cooling. He was professional and courteous. When he was examining my furnace he was able to explain to me in great detail how my furnace was operating and areas of concern. He was able to show me the "what" and "why" of needed services in a manner that was very understandable.

Tom came out and located what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. It isn't worth repairing, so he clarified my different alternatives for replacement and got me set up with an appointment to have my air conditioning unit and furnace replaced next day. Very scrupulous and competent, would certainly recommend him and Larkin Heating & Cooling!!

It's been a couple of months since our old furnace has been repaired and its working great! The Larkin Heating & Cooling techs were very well informed, their charges were quite reasonable and their work timely, fine and efficient. I'm very happy with them.
