The two young technicians from Larkin Heating & Cooling who installed my new furnace were great professionals, courteous and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They did an amazing work and cannot hesitate to recommend them.

I called for a service request on my 3-year-old unit and was quoted a $250 fee just to come to look at it. I called a nearby company and was quoted only $89. I chose to go with another company for services for this reason alone.

Called to schedule 4 days prior for a service call. Was given a three hour window of 9-12 for service. No call no show. After contacting them at 2pm was told “Sorry, we’re busy. We’ll have someone contact you with an ETA.” Waited rest of the day and it is currently 8pm. No contact of any kind and no service rendered at all. I am disappointed with the quality of communication and that nobody could be bothered to contact us.

Edit: Contacted them again the next morning at 9am. Frank who answered their phone said a manager would contact me shortly. This never occurred. Im maintaining my 1-star review as they made no effort to ameliorate the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Flawless thermostat setup in just 45 minutes!

I was referred to Pinnacle Heating & Cooling when my AC started producing funny noises. Owen came out immediately and explained the issue to us. He checked on it and detected where the problem was and fixed it instantly. He was timely and we highly recommend.

Above and beyond service. Timeliness and communicative. I was surprised at how Bernard went above and beyond and even stayed past what he was being paid for to take care of an emergency we were having with our air conditioning system. I don't know what we would've done without him and am so thankful to the team for servicing my Air Conditioner beyond what we would've think of. Thank you Pinnacle Heating & Cooling!

The entire team from start to finish went above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable and Professional. They gave me about 10 different quotes at my request and they let me ask all the questions before , during and after the installation. They were very neat and did not leave one thing out of place. Had problems with my air conditioning unit. Had a very good experience with this company. Gabriel was very thorough with his job and had extensive knowledge. He was able to explain any issues or questions me or my family had. The technician worked in a timely fashion and was respectful of our property as well. Would recommend this service if you need maintenance or a new system installed.
