We can’t believe the difference in our home after Adam was here to clean our ducts. We’re definitely breathing easier. It’s scary to think what could have happened in the dryer vent as we watched the huge clumps of lint come out.

I’m very happy with the work performed by Adam and his crew! I was told of the total cost up front when I called so there were no ‘hidden’ cost surprises at the end. They were prompt, professional and easy to communicate with. Adam, the owner was there every step of the way and informed me of each process they were doing as they were working. Adam and his crew came out to my house in early December. We had bought the house in August and we both were sneezing a lot! I won’t tell you what they found in our vents but suffice it to say I can breathe easier knowing my vents are clean!! Thanks, Adam and team!

Adam was great to work with. Our disgusting dryer vent showed us why we need to get it cleaned annually. He also cleaned out our attached humidifier and will be returning to clean that and seal it. I would highlybrecomsend Fresh Air Vents.

Professional, timely, and affordable service. We moved into a newish build home (built in 2022) and there was a lot of left over debris from construction and more build-up than we would have expected for how new the house is. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. Unbelievably unprofessional. "Michael" was supposed to come out and service our furnace in an 8- 5 window. He got there at 847 am, took a Picture of my back yard FROM his car to show we werent home and left. Without looking w feet to the left to see my car parked in our carport under our house number. Didn't even think to come knock, rescheduled for the next day and this time no one showed up. I waited all day, missed a trip to the aquarium with my niece and nephew, and had to reschedule a food tasting for my upcoming wedding. On top of that their customer support is nothing but unhelpful AI and when I called through my warranty office and finally got a real person, they were even less helpful. Find literally anyone else to do your work these people dont care and wont help you.

We just moved into a new home and hired Minnesota Vent Pro to clean out the old so we could start fresh. The ducts had surprisingly never been cleaned! Andy did a fantastic job. He clearly cares about doing a job well done which was so appreciated. He was efficient, thorough, fair priced, and fun to have around. We highly recommend Andy and Minnesota Vent Pro!

Andy with MN Vent Pro provided excellent vent cleaning service for my home. He walked me through what he was going to do and showed me before and after pictures of the vents. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few airflow basics. The services were comprehensive, and he was done in about 2 hours. Vents are clean, with 2 dogs that is a big relief. Would recommend pets be out of the house for vent services.

Andy is now our go to guy for our Assisted Living Properties and any dryer, vent repairs/cleaning that we may need. Andy is great to work with, enjoyable to be around, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has helped at two of our locations now in cleaning out our air ducts and ventilation system and had recommended various things we should do to ensure a safe and functional HVAC system.

Andy was amazing! He came over within the hour at a great price and cleaned my dryer vent. On top of that, he took apart my dryer itself and cleaned that because it was a mess. He had to go on the roof and get into the attic. It was a much more tedious job than he probably originally expected but he didn’t complain or charge me more at the end. Very thorough, friendly and honest all around. Would highly recommend
