I called and scheduled to have them show up between 8:00-11:00 am and they said a technician would call. At 12:15 pm, called to find out when a technician would show up they said they didn't have a work order set-up. Set -up another work order and they said someone would be out between 2:00-2:30 pm. Technician called at 1:30 pm and said he couldn't be out for two weeks. Wasted a whole day trying to get someone to come fix the AC.

I just called Shelton Heating and Cooling to set up an appointment to come out to the house to provide a quote to replace my heater and air conditioner. I was told, that they would not come out unless I paid them $125.00. Is this what the industry is doing now? Very disappointed!!

That was a great crew. They took less than two days to replace our electrical panel and fix a new AC Into our existing infrastructure. It involved a lot of work and they did it very professionally. They left the work site sparkling clean and could not thank them enough times. Highly recommend!!

Dan took a look at my unit and did a full inspection of the duct work in the attic. After adding some Freon and cleaning the coils, my unit was as good as new.
