We've had Nautilus Heating and Cooling work on two of our homes, installing an air conditioning unit in the first home and in our second home they did an AC tuneup and fixed a whistle that was driving us crazy for six months. They did an elaborate job both times. Highly recommended.

A month ago, we called Nautilus Heating and Cooling technical sales representative for purchase of HVAC systems. It was great to have them sell us our new furnace and AC. He took the time to explain the two systems, how to use and manage them. We have been okay with the products they sold to us and the high quality of service we received!!

He explained in detail what he was doing and sent me a video of him fixing the problem with my air conditioner. I highly recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling.

I called for a quote. NO CALL NO SHOW on Friday. I rescheduled for today (Monday at 12pm.) it's now 12:45pm and no one is answering, has called or has shown up. DON'T BOTHER!!!!!

Ryan is amazing. They're professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Always come, resolve issues quickly, and make sure to educate me on what went wrong before leaving. They will never pressure you to pay for products or services outside what you request and that's the part I love best.

This people are not profession and lair. He charge me $ 400.00
and told me everything is fixed and within one hour my heating system stopped working. I called them and they told they are busy and they send someone tomorrow and after 2 days waiting they never show up. My kid have to be in cold and I bought heater because of this people. First and for most they don't speak English and I don't think they know what they are doing. Please don't use this people. I will actually complain this company to consumer report.

Stellar Heating and Cooling is absolutely the best! We have contracted their services previously and they are honest about the work that needs to be done and quick to get it done. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.

My experience says this company is inappropriately named ... they were anything BUT stellar! Our a/c quit working late yesterday. They said they had a tech available and someone would be out between 10a and 1p today. Nearly three hours after the window for their arrival, and three calls to find out the status, I cancelled due to no-show, no-response. (BTW, no one called to let me know the status, either. I get that everyone is busy and overworked, but I had other things I could've been doing rather than waiting around for someone who isn't going to show up. Common courtesy would've been to call and let me know when things started going wrong / late. Completely unprofessional! )

I'm glad some of you have had good experiences. That was what prompted me to give them a try. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I would greatly mention Stellar Heating and Cooling for air conditioning and heating repair service needs. From customer service's assistance to the technician's ability all was brilliant. We called Stellar Heating and Cooling on Monday because our furnace went out and they had a new furnace hear and installed on Wednesday. We had heat again by noonish. The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Stellar Heating and Cooling came out into the country in snowy weather to repair a dangerous condition in our customers furnace vent. We called probably a dozen companies and Stellar Heating and Cooling was the only one willing to handle it in a timely fashion. Very reliable and affordable company.

Bob at Stellar Heating and Cooling is friendly, he explains how to operate and maintain the air conditioner and humidifier very clearly. After he was done with his job, he did a thorough cleaning. Excellent job and great service! I am very satisfied.
