Was in good communication with Tony before appointment was supposed to happen, but the day of my appointment (October 7, 2021) didn't receive the notification email or phone call that I was told in an earlier email. no one showed up in my time slot so I called and sent an email and still haven't heard back from them.

David and his assistant came to my house in White Bear Lake to clean the air ducts and the dryer vent. Having lived in the home for 22 years, I knew it was long overdue. They did an exceptional job and were in my home for about two and a half hours. Even thought it was the middle of the winter, they didn't have the door open long. Only to carry their equipment in. The vacuum was huge, but fairly quiet and they sealed of all the vents so they could focus on one at time. David was very good at explaining things as they went along. My dryer vent was plugged do it's no wonder why had to run the clothes dryer for 2 or 3 cycles. I watched as they pulled and blew out a shopping bag full of lint and my vent is only about 8 feet long. They said it could have easily caught on fire at any point. I highly recommend this vent cleaning
company and am so happy with the cost and the service.

Just purchased my house back in February, and it used to be a rental so I wanted to start out with CLEAN ducts! I called Duct Cleaning Twin Cities and they got me in quick and at a great price. I ask a million questions, and Anthony had no problem answering them all for me. It few and far between to find companies you can trust and rely on these days, and this is DEFINITELY one of those companies!

Tony and Nicole did a great job cleaning my vents (both home and dryer). They also educated me on the whole process and made sure I was happy with the end results. I will be referring them to my neighbors.

I don't understand and I have nothing but great things to say about this company and they called me back within 10 minutes to give me a price and set up an appointment and then when they were done only charged me half the price quoted and they seen my husband was very sick and was no longer able to work. he had brain cancer And we had just finished his radiation treatment.I gave them a flyer for a benefit that family and friends were putting together for him and us. I was very happy with the duct cleaning they had done ,they even cleaned my dryer vent for free !! And to top it all off 3 DAYS after they were here I got a letter in the mail from them and it was a certificate to be raffled off at my husband's benefit for a free duct cleaning !!!!! And a short note saying if there was anything they could ever do to help that I had their phone number !!! That was a year ago and since have lost my husband to the monster cancer Glioblastoma !!!! but I wanted my ducts cleaned again and seen the review someone had left and couldn't believe it and felt I had to let others know there had to have been a miscommunication or something and when I called to make another appointment they answered right away and said they could do it the next day which was yesterday and they did a wonderful job AGAIN !!! And even called me 15 minutes before they were going to arrive. I would absolutely recommend them to family and freinds and absolutely use them again myself !!!! Thank you !!!

These guys are extremely helpful! I had an issue which someone else did the job and they gave me advice and tips to help fix my dryer. I can't thank them enough for talking to me and making me feel better about the problems I faced. Please go through them, you won't regret it! They are honest and passionate to you as a customer or even in my case, someone with questions.

Completely unreliable. A friend recommended DCTC to me. I had a time sensitive cleaning and, even though they were 10 days out, I decided to wait due to my friend’s reco. What a mistake! They canceled at the last minute due to a “health issue” which happened to coincide with the Saturday before the Super Bowl. Okay, health issue. We rescheduled for Tuesday. They never showed up. Tony said he put down as Thursday. Okay. Mistakes can happen, I guess. Thursday. They never show up. I call and text and no one has the guts to contact me back. Unreliable, unresponsive, and gutless. Don’t bother with these guys. Call some professionals instead.

Very personable and professional. Dave and Ron were clear in their explanations of the process.While they worked they consulted with me several times to explain what problems they were finding and what options were available to address them. They did not pressure at all to pick the most expensive option, just clearly explained the pro and cons and performed the work we decided on quickly and efficiently. Also very sweet to my nosy cat. Unfortunately, they never came. I reached out on December 14, 2015 to schedule an appointment. Tony from DCTC was very responsive and called me back while he was on the road. This seemed like a good start. We set up a time and date for the service with a confirmation email. I casually asked, in a subsequent email, whether I should pay in advance. The response was that I would pay at the time of the serviced but their credit card system was down and they were looking for a new vendor. I told him I would need to check with my spouse to confirm whether cash/check worked with our budget. I got back to him on the 16th. At that point, Tony told me that they had given away the time slot. I was miffed. We had the confirmation and yet, because I bothered to inquire about payment and confirm whether it worked with our budget, they decided to give away the confirmed time. To Tony's credit, he apologized profusely. We rescheduled for a date 10 days out. On this latter scheduled date, no one arrived. I'll leave it to you to judge whether I am the fool for rescheduling with a service provider who lacked the professionalism to keep an appointment or if Tony/DCTC is the fool for losing out on a potential long-term client. Perhaps we both are. In the end, I would not recommend this company to anyone as I cannot speak to their service other than their inability to follow through.

I only called a few duct cleaners because when I spoke with David he was informative, intelligent and his prices were highly competitive. He was able to schedule a convenient time the very same week. He and his co-worker were friendly and even put up with my nosy dog. He explained and showed what he was doing, which gave me complete confidence in his work. It only took 2 hours and he showed and gave me before-and-after photos he took of the gunk in our ducts. He also gave me a few bits of advice on keeping the system clean. I learned some valuable things about our system. The bill was just what he had quoted. I recommend the service highly.

Really great customer service. Helped with all the issues I was having with my dryer. They also gave me very helpful advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are a family owned business and I love supporting a business that is dedicated to good service.

Hired Twin Cities Duct Cleaning for a thorough duct and furnace cleaning. Tony and Dave were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and gave great advice for future duct care. They arrived on time (actually a little early) which is always a bonus. My home had a lot of construction dust in the ducts, which made my allergies very active. After my service was complete I could tell the air was cleaner. My allergies started to subside. This was the second service I’ve had from Tony and Dave. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

Duct Cleaning Twin Cities did a great job cleaning our very dirty ducts! They explained everything they were doing and why, and showed me the ducts before and after cleaning. They were very thorough and professional. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!

I recommend this company to anybody who needs duct cleaning. I payed exactly what Tony told me it would cost when I called to schedule the cleaning. No hidden cost!!! Tony and Nichol explained in details how cleaning will be done. They keep attention to details and give a good advise on how improve the effectiveness of HVAC system. I will call and hire only them in future.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1/4. Confirmed appointment on 12/22, had the google calendar invite confirmed. Tony texted me the day of asking if the appointment was still good. I didn't see it in time because I am a teacher working full time and he cancelled the appointment. He felt more obligated to fufill the appointment of the person who took my spot than to honor my original appointment. He offered to reschedule and offered a free dryer vent cleaning, but I was so frustrated by the experience and decided to cancel all together. Think they should reconsider how they communicate with their customers, maybe 24 hour notice before they cancel appointments.

Anthony gave us a quote and explained the service he would provide. He set up a time that worked for us and arrived on time. Anthony was polite and respectful of our home. He did a great job cleaning all the ducts. We were very pleased with the service!

Tony and Dave did a great job cleaning our ducts today. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service. They were extremely kind and knowledgeable and helped me better understand the entire ductwork system and walked me through the process. They were in no way pushy about other services. It was so convenient that they offered a Sunday afternoon service. I didn't need to juggle work.

Tony and Nicole were very professional. They showed up on time and walked me through step by step the process of what they were doing. I had no idea how clogged my ducts and vents were. We will definitely be calling them again and highly recommend them.

Good communication and they did a really good job. After they were done, Tony took the time to answer a couple questions and gave us some tips on how to keep our furnace running smoothly. Will definitely use them again.

Made an appointment 1 week ahead for a duct cleaning on a Saturday. I spoke with Tony who set up the appointment for between 11am and Noon. We waited around for them and they never showed. Called and nobody answered. Called again and spoke with Tony, who said they were running late and multiple jobs lined up before ours. Tony rescheduled us for 3pm. Again, they never showed, I called them and they said one of their technicians went home sick. Tony apologized repeatedly and made empty promises to add on free furnace and dryer vent cleanings. They rescheduled us again for the following Monday at 4:30pm. Again they never showed up. I called and listened to Tony make more excuses and apologize. I really tried to make it work with these guys and give them a chance, but they just cant hold up on their end. Would rate zero stars if possible.
