I was kept informed about my appointment and RJ showed up when he said he'd be here. He explained how the vent cleaning worked and cleaned up the area afterwards. The dryer vent had not been cleaned in many years and it was a mess. RJ gave me information on what vent guards would work best to prevent birds from nesting in vents (like they did in my bathroom vent). I would definitely use Clean Air Restoration in the future. Thank you for a great job!

We had a moisture issue in our attic that resulted in a mold issue. RJ and Tim were amazing. They had great communication and did a excellent job removing the wet insulation, cleaning the mold infested areas, and treating all the surfaces in the attic to help prevent further mold issues. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Dryer alarm for vent obstruction, team found complete obstruction of vent due to birds nest. Tyler had great communication with timing of arrival, findings and uploading pictures for me to view. He then called with recommendations based on findings and also a plan for future prevention of vent obstruction.

This was my second time using this company. I first used them at my house and then the second time I used them at my workplace. They are very professional and thorough on what they do. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again as opportunities permit.

Sunny gave superb advice about ongoing upkeep (home built 1904, many registers plus basement issues), and Sunny is clearly a grounded, enthusiastic and caring person. 'Just amazing. we cannot recommend this service company enough! RJ and Tyler came out within 15 minutes of my desperate call for help with a smell in our vents. they did a very thorough job cleaning out each vent in the whole house and were so up front about the cost and what the process would look like. cannot believe the amount of debris they were able to get rid of, but you wouldn't know it cause ya just can't see it! thank you so very much for your help, much appreciated!

Sunny cleaned some really nasty PVC ducts in slab concrete that probably were never cleaned since the house was built. He was very professional and clearly more experienced compared to a previous company I hired to do vent cleaning (they wouldn't touch the floor vents). Sunny even cleaned up up some of the vent patchwork the previous company did. Would definitely hire again!

Great communication, thoughtful day of, and super informative. Prices seemed reasonable - I’ll admit I didn’t shop around, but I’d be hard pressed to work with anyone else regardless of price based on how great they were. As a first time home buyer and new to central air systems, I was very thankful for the time spent explaining the process, the system, and talking through options.

Tyler and his assistant were wonderful. He was very enthusiastic about the job, asked relevant questions and explained everything thoroughly. He even took the time to double check the information I gave him about the vents and the returns rather than just taking my word, and identified a return that I was unaware of and cleaned it. It was a very positive experience all around and I feel like both Tyler and his assistant we're lovely to work with.
The attention to detail and addressing the allergens and focusing on the overall clean quality of the air in the house was really valuable to me.
The before and after photos we're very illuminating and definitely demonstrated how much attention and detail they put into their work.
The base cost for their work was up front and the additional service options, including dryer vent cleaning, and an allergen and bacteria prevention treatment inside the ducts were clearly explained and fairly priced.
I would absolutely use this company again and I would recommend them for anyone else looking for vent cleaning.

We scheduled with Tony five times over three days (yes, five times) and he no showed each time. He made promises to be here each time and even promised to give us a free furnace cleaning to make up for our inconvenience. We heard various excuses, “technician quit, vehicle broke down, accident involving injuries, running behind, etc., etc.” and the last time we just didn’t hear from him at all. I do not recommend wasting your time calling this company to schedule work in your home.
