We own a house buying company called Henry Home Buyer and we had Tony with Duct Cleaning Twin Cities out to a home we had purchased and were in the process of selling just to make sure all the duct work was thoroughly cleaned. Tony and his team ensured a clean duct cleaning and went above and beyond with their customer service and providing helpful feedback. Our company will definitely be calling Duct Cleaning Twin Cities next time we need the service.

Excellent service! So glad I called Duct Cleaning Twin Cities to clean my vents. I've used two other companies in the past and this business is by far the best, Very efficient, thorough & knowledgeable. Dave and Greg were the nicest guys with tons of positive energy. Anthony was able to fit me in on short notice on their already busy schedule. Nicole & Anthony were very courteous and kept me informed in the whole process. Tony and his partner in Duct Cleaning crime did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. He was thorough, took the time to explain everything he was doing with me, and was respectful of my house, my things, and my pets. At the end, he showed me all the debris, dust, and dirt that made its way through my ducts to show me how bad they really were. They did an excellent job and I'll be working with them the next time my ducts need maintenance.

Fantastic service. They did a great job communicating when they needed to reschedule, were on time, explained the entire process, and worked extra hard to clean our terrible dryer vent. They also did a fabulous job cleaning our ducts. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Tony and Nicole were super helpful, informative, and knowledgeable while going through the HVAC cleaning process. They were super diligent in cleaning out my home’s ducts which hadn’t been cleaned in 10+ years. I would highly recommend them!

Our dryer was not drying efficiently so I called to have the ducts cleaned out. I initially spoken with Tony who thoroughly explained the process and what the methods and options were for cleaning.

I was very pleased they had weekend availability so we set up a time for service. When they arrived, they got right to work on identifying the issue. They found a bird nest that was packed into the dryer vent with live baby birds! They took great care to move and relocate the nest so that the mother bird could find it again. It was such a relief that they were knowledgeable about this situation and that they had clearly encountered it before.

When finished, I was astounded by how much debris was pulled from the ducts. They gave me tips and tricks on how to prevent that from happening again. They were friendly and thorough. I would absolutely use their services again.

There were a lot of pros about this company! First off, The Secretary Nikki, was very polite and informative. She was very sweet and knew a lot about the duct cleaning service. She explained everything very thorough and took her time. Second, Dave and Ron were the techs. They were well mannered, they picked up after themselves, they didn't make a mess, and they consulted me multiple times on what they were doing, and what problems I was having and why. They did not pressure me to buy any additional services than what I originally called for! I really enjoyed having them out. They are a great company. Very trust worthy, clean, reliable. polite and Loyal. They weren't late and called me a half hour before they arrived so I knew they were on there way! Great job ! I will have my ducts cleaned next year by them and I will be recommending them to others as well!! I have never been so pleased with a company before! If I could rate them 10 stars, I would! Really Nice people. Nice job!!!

We had an exceptional experience with Tony and Nichole.

We’ve lived in our 1940s house for over 10 years but have never bothered to have the air ducts cleaned. We figured - with summer over and winter in the way - it was a good time to have everything checked out, deep cleaned and prepped for the rest of the year. Booked a service for roto-brush air duct cleaning, furnace and A/C cleaning and dryer vent. We did have a couple of scheduling hiccups but nothing we couldn’t work around so that wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Tony and Nicole just finished our service and .. holy moly. It was SO worth the money and the couple of day delay. Both super nice and professional. They showed us some horrifying clumps of dust/debris that had been clogging our vents for years (like.. the size of a small butternut squash 🫣), pointed out some damage on our dryer vent that was a major safety hazard, and gave us a ton of advice and DIY tips to both improve and maintain our total HVAC for years to come and save $ by doing it ourselves. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for whole-house service.

We had a couple scheduling mishaps at first, but they made it right and did an amazing job cleaning my (very, very, dirty) ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. They were friendly and easy to talk to; I was super impressed that they spent time teaching me how I could easily clean and maintain my own ducts/vents and A/C unit so I wouldn't need to hire out the work if I didn't want to. Great value and quality. I will use them again in the future!

Who would’ve thought a duct cleaning could be such a positive experience! Tony and Nicole were accommodating through multiple reschedules, punctual on the day of the appointment, extremely friendly, and did top-notch work! It’s always scary to let strangers into your home to perform a service, but these two were extremely professional and helpful - even answering additional questions and offering advice on maintenance and upkeep. They cut no corners. We will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family in the area.

Nicole and Tony did a phenomenal job cleaning our dryer vents!! They were so helpful and knowledgeable in letting me what I need to maintain it and make sure we can avoid those fire hazards. They walked me through it and offered extra attention and detail. Greatly appreciate their wonderful services!

I am very concerned. I made the mistake of paying- receiving a paid invoice - and trusting Tony would clean my home’s ducts. Tony had to reschedule multiple times - I graciously accepted that. It has now been over 2 months and they will not return my calls! And they have not done what they promised and I paid for. I have called multiple times to get my service scheduled and then requesting a refund. No one answers and no one calls back. I have sent text messages - no response. Beware. Also - their business address is not current. The 260 Clarence is a rental property.

Tony and Nicole went above and beyond our expectations from our first scheduling call with them. Not only did they do a thorough, fantastic job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent, but they educated us. We will have them out annually moving forward. Keep up the good work!

This is my first time writing a negative review. I usually don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I felt it would be helpful to share our experience for potential future customers. Especially since there are so many great reviews. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I’ll include as many details as I can for others to consider.

Updating this review to include more context about our experience. The service was originally scheduled in 2020.

We booked a vent cleaning well in advance because we wanted it done before our new air conditioner was installed. Since both my husband and I work during the week, we specifically asked for a weekend appointment.

The original time was Saturday between 11 am and noon. We were ready at 11, but no one showed up and we didn’t receive any call or message. At noon, still no update, so I called and was told they’d arrive at 3 pm. We had to cancel our afternoon plans to wait for them, but again, they didn’t show up. I called again and they asked if Monday at 4:30 pm would work. It wasn’t ideal, but I agreed and confirmed I’d be there.

However, no one came on Monday. My husband called them and was told they had texted him (yes - he did receive a single text message), and since he wasn’t able to reply right away, they thought we canceled. This was very frustrating because they didn’t explain this process when we rescheduled the appointment. We had already confirmed it over the phone, and I had taken time off work to be there. When we rescheduled, we mentioned I’ll be the one who’d be at home for the appointment and explained he’ll be at work. I’d highly recommend you to provide contact information for whoever will be available for the appointment time and make sure they communicate it with the tech to avoid this situation as whoever I talked to didn’t tell me anything.

In the end, we got tired of coordinating our schedules around this appointment and decided to go with another company, so we never actually received the service. This review is not about the quality of their cleaning job. While I appreciate the offer of free services as compensation, it doesn’t change the fact that we had to keep rescheduling and waiting around with no proper communication. The constant changes and no-shows made us lose trust in this company. Based on other positive reviews, they seem to do a decent job cleaning, so I’m disappointed that it didn’t work out for us.

Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve had. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they handle appointments and communication.

Hopefully, our case was just a one-off and the company has since made improvements to provide better communication and reliability.
