Complete sham of an organization. Attempted to defraud my company of over $20,000 in repairs through scare tactics and unneeded replacement of a system that another company repaired in 2 hours. Do not trust this organization. They are not looking out for you, only to illegitimately increase their profit on your back.

10/2/19 truck #376 in Princeton mn, your driver was doing upwards of 85mph, tailgating, and changing lanes faster than you can think weaving in and out of traffic. Oughta be an interesting lawsuit when he eventually causes an accident.

Your driver's have road rage. Vehicle 241 to be exact anybody driving 81 mph on Hwy 61 in a work vehicle and honking repeatedly behind drivers in a yield lane doesn't need a license. If you wake up that furious I can only imagine what his service is like! A concerned citizen driving from Cottage Grove!!!! Not cool with my son in the car....

AWFUL.

This group has been an outrageous disappointment from the jump. Working with them on the build-out of our store was undoubtedly the most frustrating part of our entire build-out experience, as they were impossible to track down and communicate with. Every customer service issue we have had has been equally disappointing -- nothing has ever been resolved. Most recently we called them out to assess a minor leaking problem we were experiencing -- they charged us nearly $600 to do NOTHING but "guess" as to what the problem was. They were in the store about an hour, but they bill on travel time to your location so we were actually charged 2.5 hours of their time. When I asked our customer rep to discuss, I received a snarky email response informing me that the "GPS doesn't lie" and that's how they bill. So whether they stop for gas or a break on the way -- the next customer will be billed for it. Not a customer friendly organization to work with.

Wrost company you could ever hire delayed 4 months and every day empty promises. Do not ever hire them. Pay more and hire somone else

Fantastic company. I have used them for the past 10 years. They are a professional shop with some of the greatest techs ever. I never get complaints about there workers. They fix everything correctly and there work speaks for itself. I've quit using the cheap contractors who's work always looks bad and fails prematurely.

BUYER BEWARE: This company scammed me with fraudulent services. Continues to delay a hood install and extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Has cost me thousands in construction and wasted time.

Every time I reach out to this company, the people are rude to me and my team. The last work I called them for resulted in a bill for over $3000 for the tech to rewire a thermostat. Save your money and go with another company. I know I will.

Chris was extremely professional, polished and efficient. Located the problem expeditiously; provided an elaborate easy to understand procedure and did a very meticulous repair including actions to prevent the problem from recurring. Cleaned up the repair area immaculately!!

We had a wonderful experience with Chris - he was very informative about our system and how to help ensure it be as efficient as possible. He was professional, followed covid prevention measures, and was incredibly kind to our toddler who was very chatty and eager to see another human mid pandemic :)

I called to schedule an appointment for heating repair on Monday when the temp was -22 degrees. I was put on the schedule for a tech to come out and take a look at my heater. Then by end of day, a tech bed Angelo calls me saying that they can't come out until the next day. 2nd day comes along, and still no one shows up. By end of day, Angelo capps and says they still can't sent someone to come out. This is my 2nd day under -20 temperature. Finally on 3rd day, Angelo calls back and says they can't come to even take a look at my heater until next week?? I initially called this company based on all the good reviews, but man, either people are lying about the job or service or something, because this company is horrible with customer service
Not even the receptionist the common sense or decency to call me and let me i know what's going on. I urge you not to ever use this company or its service. They will let u sit in the cold, and have no integrity or cust service skills for customers. hire them at your own risk but I don't recommend!!!
