My fridge was making a loud noise, I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in same day a few hours later! The technician came, explained the problem and my options which is exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend them they were nice, accommodating and who you should call for all your appliance needs!

Had a problem with my clothes dryer and Cameron came out, diagnosed, and fixed the issue within a couple hours and it's been working great since. He was also really friendly and professional. Answered every single one of my dumb questions about how my dryer worked without hesitation. Appliance repair can be tricky, especially with how overly complicated today's devices are, but I can say that Super Care is trying their absolute best to fix your problem and is worth your time and money.

Cameron was great. He advised me on the situation with my refrigerator. Plainly laid out all my options and costs. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and helped educate me. I would highly recommend them! Jim

Fast and professional service. Quickly diagnosed my refrigerator problem and advised me to check on warranty coverage since the unit was newer than I thought. Turns out it’s covered so they missed out on an expensive compressor replacement but saved me a bundle. Very cool! Thanks.

Good work. Honest assessment. Friendly people. This time able to fix washer. Now and then can't fix because parts aren't available or product discontinued. Honestly evaluate and give you reasonable explanations. Used them on my own home and rental property a number of times. Given cost of appliances these days consider having them evaluate appliance is money well spent.

Wow! Super Care was impressive. My expectation/desire is to have my washer repaired and efficiently. Super Care went above and beyond. I had never seen a business get near-perfect review score, but now I see why!

I called around several places and left messages. I don’t like that b/c I don’t know if/when they’re going to get back to me. I kinda needed someone to come sooner than later. At Super Care, I was able to talk to a live human directly and schedule immediately. It was the afternoon already, so I didn’t expect to be able to get someone same-day, but they were able to come the next morning! Perfect.

The person who came to fix my washer was exceptional. Polite, respectful, skilled, genuine, sincere, etc. Couldn’t be better. Went above and beyond with my 30 year-old washer. He did more than the basic repair – he offered other maintenance/repair issues that come with an old washer, never pushy, but I super appreciate his expertise and preventative outlook/options.

When there was a part needed beyond the basic repair, he went the extra mile to get the part and come back so that I could have my washer fixed the same day instead of coming back another day. I know this was extra work and perhaps threw off his schedule (I don’t know), but I really really appreciate this.

I’m so glad I was able to repair the washer instead of adding to landfill by replacing it. Now it works so well, better than before the problem issue happened, that it’s actually fun to wash my clothes! I even find myself wanting to see if he can look at my other appliances to see if he can optimize!

I’m excited that I found an appliance repair place who I can trust and call on if something happens. No more anxiety if an appliance breaks and I’m like, who do I call? And then not knowing what they will be like.

Super Care really lives up to its name. I don’t know how they do it because they really do way better than “good service” (I work in customer service research), but there must be something in their standards of customer service that they’re able to nail what really makes their customer service superb.

I had a very positive experience with Ty at Super Care with my washer/dryer issue. He was very communicative and helpful, explaining everything thoroughly. Joanne was also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend, and use Super Care again.

Very pleased with the service of Super Care! I had an LG dryer with a drum that was continually spinning. When I called, Luke was very upfront and transparent about the likely fix and the cost of the repair. We got things scheduled and his team even called me a day earlier to say they had a spot open up if I wanted to get it fixed sooner.
