An absolutely delightful experience! This was one of the simplest, nicest service calls I've ever had.

I called Super Care this morning because my washer suddenly threw an error code. The woman who answered the phone was polite, took down the pertinent details, and got me scheduled for a call same day in just a few hours! I got a text with an ETA for Luke, the tech, and he arrived on time.

Luke immediately told me what he thought the issue was going to be and a rough estimate of the repair cost. He made the repair quickly and tested it while he was here. He also brought up the drain pump as a possible future issue because I didn't know if it had ever been replaced. I told him to replace the pump as well, but when he opened up the machine he found that it had been replaced within the past few years and should work fine for a few more. He suggested changing out the old rubber hoses for braided steel ones, and did so quickly and efficiently.

All in all, Luke was polite, informative, and never made me feel like he was talking down. I really appreciated his honesty and candor about not really needing to replace the pump just yet. The washer just finished a cycle with no issues at all, so I'm happy!

Last week our Microwave went on the fritz and needed to be replaced.

Typically this would not be a very daunting task, but in my home…it was no ordinary swap out.

The previous owner was a self proclaimed handy man so lets just say…so it was not done to code. So when it came time to swap out this microwave it was a heavy task and I am really grateful that I had Super Care Appliance Repair there to help.

I’m sure all of their staff are great. The person I had was named Luki and he was very knowledgeable.
He took the time to test and troubleshoot the previous microwave to ensure that it was truly beyond repair.

Once that was done he got to work on install. This required quit a bit of troubleshooting to figure out what the prior owner had done…and then do it he proper way this time. No more dangerous exposed wires…I could now plug in the microwave like a normal appliance.

I don’t leave very many reviews…unless I’m really disappointed or overly impressed by service. Fortunately this review for Super Care Appliance Repair is due to Luki’s incredibly level of service. They will be my first call for appliance repair moving forward.

Technician Tyler came out and did an awesome job fixing our washer. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and finished the repair in under an hour. Everything is working perfectly now. I would totally recommend this company.

Quick and easy! Tyler was great! We scheduled a visit online, he arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window (with a heads up text 30 minutes before arrival), diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently, and provided some helpful hints in keeping our dryer running for a while. Very affordable and no fuss, we’ll be coming back to Super Care if we need any appliance fixes in the future!

Cameron was amazing to work with. He arrived right when he said he would even with the actual temperature being -21 degrees!

He walked through everything that he was doing explaining the process and had the exact part with him, enabling him to fix our stove immediately.

I called them because LG recommended them when my LG refrigerator had no power yesterday. Luke answered the phone, and I told him that it might be something that I was capable of fixing myself, as I was a computer technician. He took the time out of his busy day (he had to get to a meeting), and guided me to the control board where I was able to diagnose the problem with his assistance. He didn't have to do that; he could have insisted on a service call.

Super Care Appliance Repair was easy to schedule, price was inline with what expected for the issue, service was fast, they provide pictures, they were professional.
