We've had them out for both our refrigerator and our washing machine. They have a good deal of expertise and the right parts. They're always prompt, courteous, and share great advice. We appreciated their helpfulness and cheerfulness, and they've done great work for us.

Polite, knowledgeable, most importantly candor. My situation was one (entry level microwave) where replacement was a better option than repair. Respectful of my time and my wallet. When I do need a repair they’ll be getting the call.

I love that this is a local business and they offered appointment times this week. They asked the serial numbers on my oven and had the possible parts they expected would be needed on the truck. Luke was knowledgeable and polite. Start to finish he was in and out in 20 minutes! The cost was beyond reasonable. Luke gave us advice on our refrigerator while here being knowledgeable in our brand of refrigerator and typical issues within 3 years.

My experience with Super Care Appliance Repair was great from beginning to end! Joanne was very professional when I called in for service. She was able to find a service time the very next day and explained what I could expect in terms of correspondence with our tech. Luke arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem (broken belt on dryer drum) AND had a replacement belt with him! He also recommended replacing our hoses with (inexpensive) braided hoses which my husband immediately recognized as a good idea. Highly recommend this company!!

I recently called SCA to fix our washing machine. Tyler came and did a very good and fast job. It was apparently a very easy fix. The part I like is the honesty. He could’ve easily said anything and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but he just spotted the problem, fixed it and left. I even tried to tip him and he refused. I will definitely be calling them again if I need help.

I originally called Best Buy to replace the water intake part on my refrigerator. The guy said I would need to call a plumber for a new water line before he could install the part and he wasn’t even sure of the correct part. So I called Super Care.
The technician Super Care said I didn’t need a new water line and he found the part in North Dakota and in a few days installed it (no additional service call charge). He was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I will definitely use them next time.

Fridge went out. These guys were out here the next morning and had us fixed ASAP! Cameron was who came to do the repair and he was amazing! Reasonable prices and quick and friendly service! Will definitely call for all future appliance repairs!

My dryer stopped working and it was very easy to get an appointment set up. Cameron was my repair guy and he was knowledgable and very helpful. He got the job done super fast but efficiently.

I had a dryer belt out for weeks. While on my way to my parents to do loads of laundry (and fed up), I googled and appliance shop near me, Saw the good reviews and gave Super Care appliance repair a call. Luke provided outstanding service fixing my washer today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how he was addressing it. His initial diagnosis was spot-on, and he made the repair process easy to understand. I specifically requested that he come back because he did such a great job with the diagnosis. I really appreciated how the company communicates; prompt updates by text and a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was on track. That level of support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I called Super Care because my refrigerator was not working. Luke took the time to find out more about the problem and circumstances. It turned out that my unit was having an issue that was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Luke encouraged me to file a claim with them so it would be covered. I so appreciate his time and help with this issue. Many would have simply kept the appointment and made some money. I was able to get the fix under warranty, but any appliance needs in the future are going right to Luke at Super Care! Thank you!

Set up an appointment with Super Care Appliance for a dryer repair. Luke came and worked on my dryer, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He zeroed in on the problem immediately, but had to order the part so had to make a second trip. Only charged for the first trip out, plus gave me a discount for my inconvenience.
He checked the belt to make sure it was good and cleaned accumulated lint from within the dryer.
I had Luke out 4 yrs ago, when he was first starting out, at that time he couldn’t find the problem so he ended up returning my check for services. I decided to try them again and I highly recommend Super Care Appliance for your appliance repairs. They are prompt and reasonable.

Our LG refrigerator has developed an issue and I wasn't sure what to do. The person with whom I spoke was so helpful. He walked me through the process of dealing with LG and who to call. We will use them in the future for sure! So very helpful!
