Drew with Cities Lawn and snow was prompt and showed a great sense of urgency in getting our project completed. His crew members were courteous and respectful.

I had hired a competitor of Drew’s to plow our commercial property….they never showed up! I bumped into Drew at 0630 on the Monday after Thanksgiving when he was running his salt truck. After describing my predicament he sent a crew over immediately (with a front end loader as well). They are definitely driven by a small town customer service attitude. Sometimes companies get too big to pay attention to detail but Drew seems to have figured out the recipe. Good for him. I’d recommend his winter and summer services to anyone in the east metro. Thank you Drew.

Is awesome Drew is the owner I called Drew up to come over and trim my tree a big big Ash tree oh my god he did an awesome job him and his workers .From start to finish they were very good . I couldn’t believe how nice my tree looked after they were done . And the clean up was fantastic as well . I also called to have another tree cut down in my front yard same thing excellent job . I’ve also seen the work they do with landscaping oh my god it all looks fantastic . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING CITIES LAWN AND SNOW !!!!!! Keep up the great job !!!!!

Drew came by my home as I was shoveling my driveway and asked if he could finish up.for me. He completed the driveway and did it for free. I asked him about his company and got his website. He explained what his company does and he is the owner as well as worker of his small business. I would recommend him to you for any work he provides. I would not hesitate to use him for any of his services that I would want down on my property.

Drew’s team did a wonderful job on my bushes. They were on time prepared and overcame a few unforeseen obstacle's. With amazing results. Our bushes hadn’t been trimmed in 6-7 years and were over grown. Drews team worked diligently and very professionally with amazing results. After the trimming they also did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done correctly and professionally. I would have them come back for other projects as well. Great job!

My wife and I are so happy that we went with Cities Lawn for adding pavers to our new driveway project. Andrew and his staff were timely, communicative, and professional from start to finish. It is obvious that they take great pride in their work, as well as their customer service.

We had just built a deck on our home but the ground under the deck had to be finished. Drew provided consulting and within a week we had lawn edging, river rocks, and bushes planted. The crew did a great job and cleaned up nicely - I would definitely hire him again! I've also recommended him to many of my neighbors.

The fall clean-up was thorough and although there were a couple hiccups with the waste removal due to extraordinary circumstances, the Warner's team was very responsive in my requests regarding the clean-up and my concerns with the waste removal taking a bit longer than expected. I would definitely work with Warner's again primarily because they do thorough, high-quality work and are focused on customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.

*** update *** We did the fall clean-up again this year (2021) and the quality of the work has definitely maintained (my yard is amazingly clean, no debris left behind!) while being very cost competitive with other estimates. Also, Warner's really knows their plants and have provided us advice on ways that we can take care of our landscaping. Really enjoy working with these guys.

We’ve used Warner's Outdoor Solutions for sprinkler startup and blowout for a few years and have been *very* happy with their level of service and expertise. As one example, our irrigation technician this year (Ryan) not only did the usual inspection and adjustment of sprinkler heads (and replacement if required), but he spotted a problem with the pressure vacuum breaker on our system. He was able to locate parts and completed a full repair/rebuild on the same day. I think many techs may have overlooked the problem, but his attention to detail saved us from the potential of bigger problems (backflow, cross contamination, etc.) in the future! Great work Ryan!

Our experience with Warner's Outdoor Solutions far exceeded any we've had with other companies over the past seventeen years! We only recently discovered Warner's, and I'm sad to say that we were only able to use them once before we sold our house and moved. Our new home doesn't have a sprinkler system but if it did, we'd be calling Warner's!! They scheduled us in a timely manner, even though it was the busy part of the fall blowout season. The employee showed up on time, was very friendly and did exactly what we expected would be done. I only wish he would have had a business card (or maybe stickers, magnets, anything with their phone number on it) to attach to the sprinkler system box. I would love to have the new owners of our previous home experience the professionalism and great service that Warner's Outdoor Solutions provides! I also liked the fact that they sent us an invoice, instead of having to pay on the spot. This is really convenient if you're not going to be home when the service is going to be provided. I never really liked the idea of having a check sitting around waiting to be picked up. I'd highly recommend Warner's for your sprinkler system needs! =) We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of service!

Brad the sales guy was excellent to deal with. Responsive and thorough.
Jason, Cal, Gary and Dave were the ones doing the work. The attention to detail and their ability to put up with me and my micro-managing is incredible. We will be using Warner’s for all of our outdoor work going forward.

I can’t overstate how pleased I am with the service Warner’s provided in getting my lawn irrigation system up and running this spring! The company who installed my system is no longer in business, so I called Warner’s to do my spring irrigation startup. I was quickly given an appointment time by the customer service staff, and the technician showed up promptly at the scheduled time. My irrigation system is a bit tricky: I have one zone to water the boulevard that is split across two valves because of my driveway. The spray heads on half of this zone popped on but wouldn’t shut off when other zones were running, reducing the water pressure (which is already low in my area of the city) so other zones weren’t functioning properly. Thanks to the expertise of my technician, Ben (and his tenacity in problem-solving), he was able to resolve the problem and get everything up and running properly. He took the time to explain to me what caused the issue, and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company so focused on customer satisfaction. Warner’s just won over another loyal customer—I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

This is our first year using Warner’s and we are very pleased with the responsiveness and service. Dustin Bengtson has been great. Jake and James were very courteous and responsive to answer any questions that we had when they came out last week. Our lawn looks the best it has in years.

Warner gets a 5-star for their actions AFTER making a mistake. When conducting the work on my property, Warner made a mistake, and it was a decent one. Instead of dragging it around and leaving me pending... they contacted me right away, came to look, acknowledged the mistake, and fixed it at no additional cost to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but a good business owns up to it and takes care of it. That is what they did. I will definitely use them again.

Our sprinkler system was having a problem it was leaking. We couldn’t figure it out. We’ve always used Warner’s for our service as long as we’ve had this house. When we called, They sent someone out the same week. Will Figured out the problem immediately, and had it fixed quickly. I was impressed with his thinking and his ability to also put us at ease. if you’re looking for a good company to help you with your needs I strongly recommend warners-Will even told me that they do snow removal and so I’m going be checking that out next year. I think that would be great. I’d love to give them more business!
