I met with Dustin when getting a bid for a new sprinkler system. Dustin was very personable and informative. I didn't know anything about the process of getting an irrigation system. Dustin answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. He also responded back to me promptly when I had additional questions. Riley and his crew did a nice job installing the sprinklers with minimal damage done to my lawn. I was pleased with choosing Warner's Outdoor Solutions.

The team at Warner Outdoor services are great to work with. We were able to work out acceptable terms for installing Christmas lights on one of our evergreen trees at MapleRidge Church in Maple Grove. They did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time! We have had many favorable comments from members of our church and the surrounding community.

Cal, Jarvis, & Jeff worked extremely hard, occasionally in some difficult conditions (working on slopes, wet) and did an excellent job on my 100 ft. retaining wall rebuild, including restoring the yard with seed and sod afterward. I was extremely impressed with their strong work ethic. I always respect that. When it became clear that some added tiebacks were necessary, something they hadn't anticipated until arriving that morning, they quickly dug out the trenches (by hand!) in a spot where the hot sun was on them, set the tiebacks in, backfilled them, and still finished the job that same day. These three guys were the best, and Warner was accommodating and easy to work with. I happily give them my highest recommendation.

Excellent service received from Warner's. Pierre did a great job getting everything set up. The work was done on time as he had projected when he met with me.

Pretty terrible experience with this place. First of all, we have a fairly small yard and the total cost was over $1,100. If that was the only issue, I'd just chalk it up to me not understanding the pricing and move on next year. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue.

The fall cleanup crew left the sides of our house and garage absolutely disgusting. You can see by the pics that there was mud and debris everywhere from the ground to about 3 feet up. I spent all the time saved by hiring these guys on cleaning my house/garage when I got home. Additionally, they left our gutter extension in a tree. When I removed it from the tree, I found that it was broken (see pics).

Okay, blowers are blowing, etc. Stuff happens. But when I called and informed them about these issues, instead of immediately offering to make it right via discounting my invoice or offering to pay for the gutter extension, they essentially said I was making it up. "I checked with the crew and they don't remember doing any of this." So I guess I'm just a liar then. Gotcha. And I'm sure they'll reply to this saying they don't know how the extension ended up broken in the tree. But it was broken in the tree immediately after their work on the yard, so you do the math.

Anyway, after an email, a phone call, and over a week of hemming and hawing, they graciously brought my invoice down from over $1,100 to $813. Bless their hearts.

Needless to say I won't be back...not only because of their work ethic, but their poor customer service, too.

EDIT: Customer service quickly called after seeing this review to say "I thought you agreed $813 was a fair compromise." Yeah, I did. The issue is that this wasn't offered right out of the gate after I provided proof of the poor work and disregard for our property. Instead, I had to email, then call, and practically beg for a reduction in price. All with you guys still not admitting fault. That's the poor customer service I referred to in my review. It's not rocket science, gang. I hope you do better with your next customer who will not be me.

I had their lawn care service including fertilization and weed control years ago. in general most of the technicians did a very poor job even broader leaf weeds would grow in the lawn. I asked them to come back and do a better job getting rid of the weeds. they were rude and eventually canceled my service request all together. that was the time I believe it was difficult to find good service companies. because of their behavior I decided to leave my lawn irrigation system unserviced just because of the hassle I have to go through. it felt like I needed to beg them for service or good service. I found their price too high because they insist on doing way too many visits.

Roberto and his team are outstanding. Sum touchup work was completed today, the flowers, trees, shrubs and everything is perfect. My wife and I are recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

I have been working with Warners for a few years now and they have always been very good to me. Brendan, Rob and Ryan have all been great to work with.

I called Warner Outdoor Solutions very late in the year for a Fall Clean Up service, I called at 11:30 AM and by 3 PM the same day they arrived at my house, mowing and blowing the leaves in to pile, and the next morning they had a vacuum truck stop by, removing the leaves. I’m very happy with their promptness and quality of service. Thank You and I would definitely use them again.

Warner's is a really great company to work with and Gabe was very helpful over the phone. I was unsure of what I wanted for my lawn and he guided me in the right direction. I'm very thankful for the recommendations will definitely work with Warner's in the future!

I wanted to send a quick thank you to the crew who removed the snow from our sidewalk, front steps, and driveway on the morning of November 26, 2025. They arrived early in the morning, notified us so we could move our cars out of the driveway, did a marvelous job of removing the snow, and worked efficiently so they could move on to the next job. Giving us the opportunity to move our cars will prevent the development of an icy driveway surface under the cars.

I had a great experience working with Warners. A neighbor referred me, and they took care of tree work at two of my properties in Brooklyn Center and Lakeville.

They trimmed multiple trees and removed a linden tree that was right over my pool and next to a new fence—huge relief not having to scoop leaves out of the pool anymore.
