I called in to have my landscaping in my front yard cleaned up from very tall weeds and overgrown grass. I came home from work 2 days later and all I can say is WOW!!!!!! My landscaping looks absolutely fantastic!!!! They also cleaned up the landscaping in my back yard. I also had weeds growing in the cracks of my driveway and they cleaned up the big weeds and sprayed the smaller stuff and I can hardly tell there were ever weeds growing on my driveway. I'm super impressed with how Warner's went above and beyond my expectations. Gabe, you are absolutely the best. Thank you so very much for all your assistance with my landscaping clean up!!!!!!!

Warner's is a great company. I use their service for landscaping lighting , Paver Driveway care and snow removal and they are excellent. From Brad to Mike, Shane and Alberto, they are Super people to work on my projects.I will continue to have Warner on all my outdoor projects

I've had Warners doing my lawn service for 3 years, and just had them do a spring yard cleanup. It's a big job, my yard is huge. They took care of it in one day - amazing! Alexander B, Jebidiah H, and Quintin S all did a great job, I couldn't be happier. Wonderful company.

Have used for all irrigation maintenance with great success. Willing to chat through problems, tips for better performance, etc.

Recently, I started up on their lawn care fertilization program. During one of the first services, we unfortunately had a misapplication that burned/stressed spots of our yard. I gave a quick call and email, and was pleasantly greeted with a thorough response and plan to correct the lawn issue and make right with the cost and future services. Patricia Swendiman handled the request and was great to work with - highly recommend her services!

Biggest kudos to Warner is when something isn't correct, they make it right - on their dime, not yours. Will continue to use their services and recommend to family and friends!

This is the third season I’ve used Warners for lawn treatments and core aeration and I continue to be so impressed with their level of customer service. No matter who you interact with on the phone to schedule service, they’re all helpful, polite and professional and actually have answers and solutions, which is appreciated. It’s also nice to have reminder messages about upcoming service being done.

Yesterday’s core aeration on my lawn was done by Nick. He was incredibly thorough, navigating skillfully right up to the edges of our boulevard and garden edging and leaving no part of the yard untouched. Other companies have done a haphazard job with a single pass of the aerator and skipping the boulevard, but not Warners.

What a great group of people! I needed a good sized landscaping project completed by a specific date. They guaranteed me they would have it done on time and they kept their word. They actually had it done about a week before the due date. Pierre happily answered my many questions and did a beautiful design. Sam did the labor intensive job of digging rock, roots, etc. It was hot outside and Sam worked long hours in the heat. I can’t say enough about Sam. He had a cheerful attitude and he was very thorough. He goes above and beyond. It is very obvious that Sam takes pride in his work and is extremely customer oriented. He did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend this company and certainly will use their services again. They did a beautiful job! Thanks Warner’s team.

Warner's Outdoor Solutions project entailed removal of a tree, including all existing landscaping and planting a new 4" tree with the edging, rock, black dirt and fabric.
Their crew's for removal (Joaquim and Armando) and Planting with landscaping (Alberto, Armando, Heriberto) was done with respect and excellent customer-service focus. They put plywood down on our lawn to protect it. Alberto went to many nurseries to find a 4" Linden which would not be available for 2 months, so found a perfect 3". We appreciate his efforts to find a beautiful, straight tree. Both crew leaders are knowledgeable and took care of us, the customer.
An area of improvement is notifying the customer when the crews will arrive and providing them with the information to perform the job efficiently. During the planting/landscaping phase they had to stop and come back the next day, since they did not have the black dirt, enough edging and fabric. We shared the contract and text information, but Alberto believed us before viewing. We are giving a 5 star because the crews did an excellent job. Russ loves the Linden!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with Warner's. The crew that worked that day, Jason, Gary, Dave (and others) did a fantastic job. In addition, Warner's actually looked at our project as something they could accomplish, while other companies we researched, never called us back, never followed up, or were just simply unable to envision what they could do for us.

I’d happily recommend Warner's and work they did.

We worked with Pierre Taddeini, Senior Account Manager and certified arborist, from Warner’s Outdoor Solutions, Inc. to completely redo our backyard landscaping & add a few needed replacements to our front yard. Pierre made the process successful and enjoyable with his vast expertise and excellent customer service skills. .
He always was available for questions and guidance. His listening skills promoted needed compromise when my husband and I didn’t agree with each other. His work team were very cordial, too,
We are grateful, Pierre, and are very pleased with the outcome! The transformation received many compliments from people on the walking path by our yard..

Edit (April 18): Reducing this to one star because they refused to really work with me, and literally just called me threatening *collections* over a $1.17 invoice(!) that's a bogus "late fee" on a different invoice that was for a month they didn't even provide me with service! At this point I've paid them over $200 (not a ton mind you but they only came by twice before cancelling my service) for frankly unsatisfactory work and yet they continue to harass me. This is a crazy way to treat new customers.

Pretty disappointed in the snow removal service, so I can’t recommend it to Minneapolis residents. I just moved into a new house in Minneapolis last week, right before the first big snow of the season, so I emailed looking for an estimate. To their credit they were pretty responsive via email and sent a truck out the same day of the storm to clear the driveway.

Unfortunately they didn’t clear the sidewalks, which I had noted in my original email and even re-confirmed with them before ordering the service. I contacted them the next day and they assured me that somebody would be out as soon as possible that day to take care of it, but nobody ever showed up.

It also snowed a bit more the night after they came, and the city plows came afterwards as well leaving a lot of snow still on the driveway, so even that was still difficult to drive on.

I ended up having to buy some snow removal equipment and clear it myself over the weekend, so that I could get in my garage and also not worry about being fined by the city for the uncleared sidewalks, even though I really shouldn’t be doing this work in my condition.

I sent them a text about all of this over the weekend, although they were closed, but this Monday morning I saw the text was read at 11AM and still received no reply. I guess I will be looking for alternative service for snow removal and my future landscaping needs since I am not seeing any interest in resolving this from them.

Long time Warner's customer here and if you are looking to turn around your weed infested yard they are your guys. Unlike the big box stores, their weed and fertilizer applications are tailored for MNs growing season and grass types and their customer service is top notch. A truly excellent local company.

We contacted Warner's to provide some landscape work for the front of our house. Pierre came out within days and took our rough ideas and created a refreshing new look utilizing a type of stone border we were not aware of. Given his experience in the field he chose a variety of bushes and plants that provided an updated look. Pierre was great to work with as we solidified the final design even including electrical rough-in for future landscape lighting. His attention to detail and great follow up was appreciated throughout the project.

The installation phase went smooth too being completed in consecutive days. The crew was very professional, polite, and customer satisfaction driven. They were very receptive to making minor changes we suggested as the project progressed.

Overall we found Warner's Outdoor Solutions a great price competitive company to work with. This was our first experience with them but it won't be our last given the wide array of services they offer.

I just had an amazing experience with Dustin Bengston, Sr. Account Manager and registered arborist. My yard is extremely complicated with many different zones and problem spots. He gave me his recommendations for services that Warner's could offer, and also provided ideas that I could do by myself. We walked the lot and gave me a great education about my lawn, trees, and other interesting facts. Warner's and Dustin will take care of you.

Our business needed blue lights in 4 large trees in 24 hours. I called and spoke to Nick. He came right out, checked out the situation and assured us he could get the job done. From finding all blue lights in March, to working with only one outlet, Warners Outdoor Solutions was amazing and made it happen. The lights were installed by the end of the next day by hardworking, very conscientious workers. You don't find this level of customer service very often. Definitely 5 stars!
6/29/18–editing my review to say that although the service from Nick was amazing, he is no longer with the company and the billing from Warner’s has been sub par.

I’ve been a customer of Warners for many years. They may cost a little more, but I’ve never been disappointed in any of the work they have done. I’ve hired them for numerous projects and they’ve always been completed on time and to my specifications. my landscaping crew of Ethiel, Moises and Abraham did an excellent job. Verified the work to be done and did a walk through with me at completion.

I absolutely love the results of the service Warner's Outdoor Solutions provided for me. Dan L. dethached my yard and did a FABULOUS job! He worked together with Gabe S. & Dustin B. to see that a very thorough clean up was done. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Warner's has done several jobs for me in the past - I have never been disappointed!

We got a flyer in the mail and decided to include them in our bids to redo our backyard after taking out an inground pool. As soon as we met Brad we knew this was the company for us. Thank you Brad for all of the planning help and suggestions and patience as we crafted the perfect plan, sometimes on the fly! The guys who came to do the work were perfectionists about everything and it shows. The usual crew led by Tanner and Cal (Lawson, Ethan, Joaquin and many others that helped through the 7 days) were always friendly, patient when answering our questions or keeping us updated on the timeline, and did all kinds of little extras. We used boulders/rocks as edging for hundreds of feet that they hand placed and it looks amazing! and complements the natural look we were going for. It was oppressively hot doing this backbreaking hard work and they had to contend with a swarm of dirt bees and yet they were always smiling. They even did a little project for our elderly neighbor while they were here. She finally got it done right after two other companies failed to do what was needed. They were a joy to have around and I can't believe how they cleaned up our area and street every night for 7 nights before they left. Kind of miss seeing them this morning! The new sprinkler system gives everything a great start thanks to Shane and his crew who set up 8 zones and 40 heads tailored to each area, loaded our initial schedule and patiently taught us everything we need to know. We LOVE our new backyard oasis and firepit. The overall look has enhanced our little lakeview beyond our wildest dreams. Whatever size project or lawn maintenance needs you have - this is the company you want and can trust for a reasonable and fair price.

Today Alberto and his crew arrived at my house to replace our three struggling evergreens with one new evergreen surrounded with hydrangea shrubs. The finished product looks amazing and they completed it in an hour. This is the third time we have had them come to our home to replace trees at our new house. Every time we work with them, including today, they have been super professional, nothing is damaged (the last replacement was in the middle of my perennial garden and you could not tell anything was even touched), all the drip lines and mulch is always back in place, and the replacement choices Pierre makes for us are thoughtful and look fantastic, chosen to last for decades. If you want to work with a crew that are the best at what they do, you will call Warner's.

I recently used Warner's Outdoor Solutions, Inc. for a Tree removal in my front yard. Dustin is a great account manager getting me quotes and updates throughout my projects. He was very professional and friendly, he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The day of the Tree removal Joaquin, Jake and Armando did an excellent job removing my tree, they took their time and were very professional, safe and took excellent care of my property. They did an amazing job on clean up! They were very friendly and easy to talk to and were able to answer all my questions. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Warner's for your outdoor solutions.
