Jeff Spiess Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely outstanding job in my home! Jeff went above and beyond, taking extra time and care to thoroughly clean all of the carpets on all three floors — including my childcare playroom.
As a licensed family childcare provider, having my home and play areas put back together before Monday morning is essential. Jeff was incredibly thoughtful about dry time and made sure the carpets were ready for the children when we reopened. He even worked over the weekend to ensure everything was perfect.
His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality truly set him apart. The carpets look fantastic and feel refreshed throughout the entire house.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Sparkle Plenty, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The three employees (Amber, Kevin & Colemann) who came to my home worked seamlessly as a team — their communication with each other was smooth and efficient. It was clear they had a great system in place, checking in with each other about current tasks and what came next. Their teamwork made everything run so smoothly.

One thing I especially appreciated was how wonderful they were with my dogs. I have two large pups (around 70 lbs each), and while they can get overly excited and jumpy when meeting new people, the team handled them with patience, kindness, and confidence. It immediately put both me and the dogs at ease.

They also paid incredible attention to detail. Every corner, surface, and room was spotless — it’s such a relief and joy to have a sparkling clean home, especially as a parent of a newborn.

The team members were not only professional but also genuinely kind and personable. They took the time to chat, answered any questions I had, and even offered a walk-through at the end to make sure everything met my expectations (which it absolutely did).
