Never used this company. However, one of your staffers was using a company truck was driving erratically on hwy 62 today (7/25/24 around 5pm) Merging in and out of lanes. Speeding. Cutting people off. Extremely dangerous!!

I very recently had some VCT tile floors refinished in our facility, the task was taken care of by Martin and Shirmela(sp?) Bernard. I cannot begin to tell you how astounded I am at the beautiful job they did on our floors. I never dreamt that the floors would, or could, ever look this nice again. Careful with this company. They overcharge you to purchase customers and at their convenience will take the customers back an resell them. They will go as far as taking away your good employees as well! I

My homeowner's association contracted Vanguard last year for bi-monthly cleaning of our duplex common areas: essentially carpet vacuuming and tile floor washing. The areas are small and each can be thoroughly cleaned in under 10 minutes. At first, their work was adequate, but it gradually deteriorated in both frequency and quality. During the final three months of their contract this past winter, they came only once to clean my building (they should have cleaned six times in that time frame). I happened to be home during that solo "cleaning," in which the by now filthy tile floors were swept with a broom (!) rather than mopped, and the employee providing this absurd service spent most of his time chain-smoking on my front-entry. I've lived in this association for over five years and have observed many maintenance workers provide various services: some good, some not-so-good. But this was by far the worst, most negligent service I've had the misfortune of paying for. You've been warned.

We are a property management company, managing condo and town home associations. Vanguard was contracted to providing cleaning twice per month at a property we managed. After numerous complaints from residents, contract was cancelled due to Vanguard failing to provide service for 2 months. Upon receipt of our written cancellation they returned keys to us, meaning they no longer had access to the building, thus were unable to provide service. However, they have contued to bill us for a month that we did not receive service, and have since threatened to take the matter to Conciliation Court. We have asked three different times to receive proof of cleaning services provided, though they have never provided it. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB, and we will be sure this company never receives another dime of any of our clients' money. If you like paying for things you don't get - this is the company for you! Poor service all around - skip this company at all costs.

Vanguard has really changed our experience of the office maintenance and cleaning in the industrial/office setting. G.M's team has improved and P.R.'s responses to our request, concerns and follow through has brought faith back to the nature of an outside janitorial service. We were just about going to go in house for this, but willingly took one last attempt with an outside service company. Teaming with Vanguard was a wise move.
