We own and operate Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping in New Hope. Vanguard provides our cleaning services. We have been a client of Vanguard since 2010. In this industry, that is almost unheard of! Fortino and his crew do a great job twice a week keeping our office clean. The communication book is a great tool for areas we want them to place special attention to or for them to notify us of supply shortage. The Vanguard supervisor visits every 6-8 weeks to check on the crew's work and I think that keeps them motivated to do a great job each time they are out. We are very happy to have found Vanguard and Fortino!

Vanguard Cleaning Systems is very professional and thorough! The best part is not having to worry if everything is getting done correctly. Our Rep, Brian stops by every once in a while to check on things and he even did some carpet spot cleaning himself after a regular carpet cleaning left some hard to get out stains.

I found Vanguard on a Google search when I was looking to replace the cleaning company I had been using for 2 years. I am VERY glad I found Vanguard! I have been using Vanguard since December 2012 and have found they are very responsive and do a great job at a fair price. Anytime I have had an issue (2 minor ones) they are addressed immediately. They have a communication log that allows us to leave notes back and forth which is great as they clean when we are closed. Autumn calls me once a month from the office to check on things and I always have the same thing to report- everything is going great. Will and the entire team do an excellent job. I can recommend Vanguard without reservation.

The janitorial crews at Vanguard are amazing! They are willing to take the extra steps and time to make our facility shine. The leadership onsite and at the office are very professional and responsive to our needs and last minute coverage requests. We have used Vanguard Services for 5+ years. In addition to their regular cleaning, we have had them clean windows, strip and polish floors and deep clean the bathrooms. All the work has been done professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate their positive attitude when asking if they can do something extra/different. If something was miscommunicated on either end, they will take care of it. They strive to have happy customers.

Retuned items Walmart Policy’s they trashed and always they used employee policy I mean they can refuse return or Exchange items especially when they see you’re Clour Don’t go and make it shopping this Walmart please

I called the Walmart in Woodbury, MN to find out whether or not a particular item was in stock at the store. After selecting the department I wished to be connected with the phone rang and rang for several minutes without anyone answering it. I tried to reach several different departments with the same frustrating result. No one answered although I let the phone ring for several minutes. Even my attempt to reach Customer Service was fruitless.
The only reason I gave a rating of one star is because it appeared there wasn't the option to give zero stars.
I called the Woodbury Target store seeking the same product. Within seconds a speaking with a very courteous and helpful store associate who spent several minutes answering all of my questions and offering helpful suggestions.
Next time I have a shopping need, I know where I'll go...TARGET!!!

I don't know what it is about this Walmart but they cannot give you the correct change. Instead of getting like $2.85 back I got $2 and over like the year. I think I lost over $40 since they can't give you the change and the machines don't take big bills so I have to go through someone kind of sucks cuz it's the closest one I have to me
