Gordon's Heating & Cooling provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time and worked diligently to install our new furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing heating and cooling services.

This was my first encounter with Gordon's Heating & Cooling and I look forward to regular check ups moving forward as well as using the company when I have to replace and upgrade my HVAC. Gordon's Heating & Cooling came out after hours and worked on my unit until the problem was solved. Gordon's Heating & Cooling are extremely professional and easy to work with. Getting on the schedule the same day I called. Victor was our technician and he was remarkably professional,on time and dedicated to his work. I would definitely hire these guys again.

MSP Mason Kurkowski was very professional and took the time to show us what the issue was with our water softener. He helped us understand how the drainage worked and replaced the eroded piece in the softener. System is working properly now. Bonus, he took the canned food items we left to contribute to the food drive MSP are currently involved in.

Matt was great, showing me what he looked for in my boiler’s function and advising about next steps. He was clear and knowledgeable. Will definitely have MSP do all our services going forward.

We needed urgent help this winter as our house was down to 50 degrees because of our furnace and MSP came within hours of me requesting an appointment! The tech who helped us, Jimmy V., was super friendly and explained the problems and solutions in a way that was easy to understand. We will definitely use MSP next time!

I had a great experience with MSP Plumbing Heating Air. I had a pipe burst in my home that caused some flooding, and they were able to quickly get the pipes fixed. Kevin was super helpful in answering all of my questions and providing advice on the situation, and provided great customer service in identifying and fixing the issues within my home’s plumbing system.

Using a snake Donovan cleared our bathroom sink drain on Friday. He kept us informed every step of the way what he was doing and advised the cost for using the snake when determined it would need to be used. Donovan was friendly and cleaned up when he was finished leaving the space spotless. We highly recommend Donovan!

Nick went above and beyond. I had a terrible experience with a prior HVAC company so when he arrived I was skeptical of what I’d be getting, however he walked me through every step, every option that was available so that I could make a well educated decision. Would recommend this company and will be using their services from now on

MSP always does a great job! They help us understand what needs to be fixed and why, then give us all the info we need to make an informed decision. Their team is responsive, efficient, and thorough. We needed a new boiler in our 100 yo home just as the temperatures started to fall, and it was less than 24 hours from the initial inspection to the installation being completed.

Tradel did great, the price quoted was just way too high to even consider - $480 was quoted to fix 1 coupling in attached image

Great experience! Our water tank stopped working on the first cold day of winter. MSP sent their technicians and they were able to replace the 10 year old water heater in 4 hours and bring up the exhaust up to new code. Since it was an emergency, it was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I would recommend highly.

Jimmy provided excellent service. He cleaned and adjusted our water heater so that its performance improved immediately. He then returned with new parts to ensure its continued smooth flow. He is knowledgeable and thorough.

Had a new furnace and AC installed. Craftsmanship of installation was not great. One of the issues is the fitting of the air filter. Went to replace filter only to realize that boot/box is not square so name brand standard sized filter will not fit. Scheduled service call to have corrected only for tech to no show after waiting for 3 hours with no contact from MSP.
Update, MSP reached out and corrected the issues. Appreciate the prompt follow up. Updated rating based on willingness to address issues.
