Nick arrived right on time, assessed the job I needed completed, gave me the prices, and went right to work. His work was excellent, he was very professional, and very friendly. I will request that Nick come back in a couple of months to do another job for us.

I was very impressed with the work done by Mike Museus, Tom Kriese, and Jefferson Hanson, from MSP, today, the whole team were very thorough, very professional and explained everything! I went from no heat for 24 hours to now having heat! They even supplied space heaters to keep us warm while they did the work! Thank you all very much!

Only issue was new smart thermostat- couldn’t connect to iPhone because of a new software that apparently wasn’t given to field crew yet, but it will be resolved

Layne, Tom, Buddy and Ian all showed extensive knowledge and clear communication skills. They also Shared, my interest and desire to get to the bottom of a problem and get it fixed. So far I’ve been very impressed with the technicians and follow through at MSP.

We had Kevin out to replace our 27 year old water heater. Very professional, courteous and explained everything clearly. Installation went smoothly and the area was left very clean. Kevin also replaced a faucet located in a small, tight space and a leaking cold water shutoff. MSP Plumbing, Heating & Air is not the cheapest option but they do high quality work, have a fast response time (our old water heater had started to leak) and have very personable, professional people who make sure the job is done right.

Update: Just had Jeff out to snake out overflowing laundry drain pipe and replace washer faucets. Had to cut in to drywall to get access. Replaced drywall piece where it had been and good to go! (It's behind washer). Great guy, fast response time, very thorough and explained everything. Best part is - no more flooding!

Nick was very professional and very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. He gave me multiple options and ideas for my particular project. Unfortunately, my project turned out to be a little more than what i could afford at the time and would need to be delayed, but I will certainly call MSP first when i'm ready for the project.

I signed up for the yearly service to drain my water heater and inspect my heating appliances and on the first visit it became clear that the ‘service’ was a sales call. It is just an easy way for someone from MSP to enter your home and try to sell you additional services.

As an example, I have a faucet in my laundry tub that I told the technician was leaky and it was something not to ‘touch’. Not only did he touch it, but he turned it on full and the leak started flowing and creating a mess in my basement. When I said, ‘what are you going to do to stop it’, he said ‘I think you need to have the faucet replaced’ and then he left. Never have I ever had a service person come to my home, create a problem, and then leave without even trying to resolve an issue that THEY created. I will not be continuing with yearly service and I will not be giving any more business to this provider.

Tom was very thorough and explained everything so we had a clear idea of what our options were. He didn't make us feel pressured at all. We actually had 2 other heating and Air companies scheduled to come and give us estimates the next day. However, we were so impressed with Tom and what MSP had to offer, that we cancelled the other 2 appointments and went with Tom and MSP. We're glad we did!

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the replacement of our inoperable boiler. He presented several pathways forward, noting the advantages and disadvantages of each pathway. He was also able to schedule the work in a timely fashion. I appreciate very much his work in trying to find potential discounts and rebates for our work and his concern regarding alternative sources of heat during the time prior to installation of the new boiler. It was a positive experience.

Jimmy was very quick and efficient with his work. Very knowledgeable and gave advice on maintenance on the heater.

Also spoke a little with him about his service, please let him know his service in the Navy is greatly appreciated.

I hope to have him in the spring for my next service. Overall, excellent service.

Nick was great. Personable & knowledgeable. He has 15 years in plumbing & eight (8) years with MSP. All of this came through in his attention to detail & education of the equipment he installed. Along the journey, he offered me a few homeowner tips. Would recommend.

Dan at MSP was outstanding from start to finish. After a friends recommendation and calls with other local plumbing companies, we contacted MSP. Dan was at our home within 30 minutes on a Monday morning to assess our leaking water heater, water softener that was not operational, and provide an estimate. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional, answering all of my questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

Once we chose MSP, the office scheduled the work for the very next morning at 8am, with Dan returning to do the job. He arrived on time, replaced both units, all the plumbing to the water heater and softener, and delivered high-quality, professional work. He also fixed our refrigerator water line and brought everything up to code. In under four hours, everything was up and running again. I can’t recommend Dan and MSP enough, especially in an emergency like ours.

Ian and his assistant were very knowledgeable and very kind and patient. Ian answered our questions and confirmed what service plus had said. They were very professional and provided a lot education on Carrier’s products. I was very impressed. Great customer service. Thank you!

We met with Dave, an estimator, about a heat pump on Friday. We decided over the weekend to have MSP do the work. On Monday Jeff arranged the financing. On Tuesday morning Ger, Jefferson and Phuntsok arrived. They were friendly and professional, and their work was precise and clean. And Corey, the electrician, found a way to save materials and reduce cost. Five days from first conversation to system installed and running. A great experience. Local ownership matters!

Called MSP due to a leaky bathtub faucet and they were able to come out same day. Bo, our service technician, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and did a fantastic job with both the technical work & educating us as homeowners on all of our plumbing in our old home. Highly recommend Bo to anyone looking for help with their plumbing.

Tradel came out super fast when our heater wouldn't turn on! He was able to identify the problem quickly, resolve it, and helped me to learn how my furnace works at a better level as well. He helped us set up future appointments that we'd been needing to set up too. Look forward to working with Tradel again during AC season!

We lost heat in our home and needed emergency service on a Sunday. MSP/our technician Jaxon was fast to arrive and to fix the issue, restoring heat less than 2 hours from my initial call. We can’t thank MSP enough for being prompt, professional and skilled at such a reasonable cost. We hadn’t used their services before but they have definitely earned our trust.
