Scheduling was quick and easy, and communication throughout the process was fantastic.
Jeff, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what system would work best for our area’s very hard water. He also shared helpful tips about maintaining our water heater. (I wish we had used them for the replacement a few months ago!)
The installation of our Reverse Osmosis system was done efficiently and neatly. Everything was spotless when he finished. Highly recommend MSP for their professionalism, expertise, and great customer service!

Nick did a great job keeping me informed and giving me options of how to proceed with a pretty big plumbing pipe replacement job. I recently had my annual plumbing inspection and water heater tune up with MSP. Tom was the tech on the job and walked me through the things he noticed, recommended a repair, and a future improvement for my home as well.

A few weeks later, I scheduled the pipe replacement he had recommended and Tom was the guy who did the repair!

He is a friendly, knowledgable service provider and did a high quality job. He took out a degraded cast iron pipe joint section and replaced it with strong, new pipe.

Thank you for the great service, friendliness, and good work! You can tell Tom is a pro!

Nick installed a new kitchen faucet and drain(s), removed my food waste disposal, replaced ‘builder grade’ water shut-off valve with ‘contractor grade’ shut-off valve.
Nick noticed that my water heater was leaking out the bottom and returned two weeks later to replace this with a new one!
I’m very happy with the quality and service of the work that was done.

I've always had fast and friendly service from MSP. When my furnace conked out, they had a new one in in a day. When the gas company found a gas leak in my 120+ year old home, MSP replaced all the gas lines in a day and for a very reasonable price. Now I have signed up for a maintenance program and have been very pleased with that as well. They're very different from a previous home service program that I used in the past. I highly recommend MSP.

Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.

Dan was on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and showed me an additional leak that I had overlooked. He replaced the leaky brass drain with PVC. Dan was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.

Needed to have my outside shutoff valves replaced before Spring. Called after 9 AM and Nick arrived by 11AM. Awesome job and the shutoff values are so much better than the original ones. Can even attach a hose and back drain directly into sink. Highly recommend MSP. I found them in the Five star rated booklet mailed out by Dakota County. They lived up to their reputation.

They pulled the proper permits promptly and handled everything by the book. It was clear they understand the industry and local codes well. They also took the time to explain the warranty process in a way that was easy to understand.
