Do not use them!, I called regarding my water heater and he charged a service call charge to look at it (which I expected). The issue is, he didn’t have the part so he had to order it. He charged me another full service call to come and replace the part that took 5 minutes. Nobody else does this.
Great service. I came home after work Saturday I noticed my water pressure was way low. After checking for burst lines. I trued to by pass my pressure tank switch. Went out to my pole checked for power at my well pump breaker had power there. Noticed another box call a submersible motor stater. Pulled the cover off that. The capacitor was oozing out. I called Hinrichs. Mark was gone but his wife Sue was there. She knew exactly what I was talking about, asked if it smelled burnt? It did. Told me to stop by and grab the parts. Now this is Saturday about 4pm. I’d say that’s exceptional service. I was there, home and had full water pressure in about 30 mins. So very grateful to have such great people in our neighborhood!!! Our basement was flooded and I called Mark to come and he fit me in that same morning. The water has been pumping out all day and evening and probably all night! I am afraid if I had waited another 24 hours. Mark was a lifesaver so I didn’t need a lifesaver to walk in my basement!!
