Last week's Arrow Tree removed a large cottonwood tree from my back yard. half the tree was hanging over into my neighbor's driveway/house. Jared and his crew removed the tree for me quickly and efficiently.... Arrow is reasonably priced and do great work, would recommend to a friend or family member.
Jared and his team are real professionals. My wife and I hired Arrow Tree Works to do a regenerative burn on our Conservation Reserve Program land this spring. They were very thorough, professional and safety focused. We are excited to have the Arrow team back to our farm later this spring to do some forestry management activities for brush control and buck thorn mitigation.
Most enjoyabler tree cutting experience I have had. Honest,professional, And also taught me how to sharpen my own chain saw. Explained how to clean the hole before planting the grass and came over and helped plant one of the replacment trees. GREAT overall. INTEGRITY!!
I was totally impressed with the work performed & clean up. They are very professional & friendly at the same time so they make the whole experience pleasant & well worth the cost.
Not clearly marked? Open to interpretation? I pointed out in person specifically the area to avoid. The breakdown in communication was... you flat out ignored what I told you. YOU said it wouldnt be a problem to drive over that area. I said no... avoid it. YOU said... OK, YOU understood. I then went back to the house 200 feet away. A big mistake selecting this company... I had this company come to remove a dead tree near my septic drainage area. I pointed out the area of the septic system's multiple drainage lines and the exposed ground level distribution boxes in order to make sure all were avoided during the removal of the tree. That area was mostly clear of snow with some septic distributions boxes visible at ground level. Instead of avoiding that area, my caution was PURPOSELY ignored and heavy equipment was driven over that specific area to be avoided MANY times carrying HEAVY loads and leaving DEEP tracks. Damage was done that could have been avoided. How much damage and cost to fix? I don't know yet. But any damage could have been avoided with a small amount of effort. Were my comments of warning forgotten that easily? Or were they just PURPOSELY ignored. In a followup discussion with the owner, it sounds like my warning was just ignored on purpose... because HE knew better than me about the property that I have lived on for almost 40 years. I probably will not know the extent of the damage until spring... unless there is enough damage to cause a serious septic tank backup problem to the house before then. Maybe Arrow Tree Works hasn't had enough experience working near septic drainage areas to understand the potential damage possible from heavy loads being driven over and over in that area. If not, then HE should take the warning caution by an owner more seriously. I didn't know I needed to BABYSIT his work after HE said HE understood. Any future customers should monitor very closely any work done. Be present!! Watch all activity. I recommend to all potential future customers that you do BABYSIT closely all work you hire him for... or hire someone else that does respect and honor your concerns which might be your safest option. When the most recent other reviews are 2 and 3 months old, I should have known better to NOT hire this company. An expensive lesson learned.(d)

They responded quickly, were extremely professional, and took the time to listen to our concerns and specific needs before getting to work.
