I always have a good experience with Fosters Cleaning Service. Their staff is professional and does an excellent job, often going above and beyond. I trust their staff to be in my home when I am not there. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a home cleaner.

I was very impressed and very pleased with the young lady who cleaned my house. Emily worked swiftly and efficiently for six hours and really did a great job on everything she cleaned. In addition, she was so polite and had a positive attitude and an impressive work ethic. Tyra came over and vacuumed the carpets at no additional charge. Thank you Fosters for sending your best employees ever to help me get my house cleaned! I would recommend your cleaning service to anyone in a heartbeat!

These people has been great to me since I started their services. They do cleaning and gardening. They were very good at reminders and they make sure that I get an amazing service.

Most of their employees has a good eye on cleaning my house especially. They have a good eye on what to clean and what needs to be folded or what not. Their gardener has so much patience whenever they take care of my lawn💕 with my overgrown grass and full of weeds, they would cut it like it's their own lawn.

Oh my goodness! My house is sparkling!! Foster’s has done a great job every time we have used them. And Erica was great! She was here ALL day and NEVER complained and was smiling every time I spoke with her. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough about this company and the people that own/operate Foster’s Cleaning. We are a camp with over 400 beds, 4 meeting spaces, over 100 commodes….. and they do a FANTASTIC job of keeping us clean for our campers. One of our highest marks on our surveys is how clean camp is. One lady said she brought shower shoes bc she knew camps can be “dirty” and when she walked in the the bathrooms she never put them on.
The owners have so much integrity and make sure things are done right. They care about us as a costumer and they care about the people who work for them.
On top of that they clean my house and I NEVER worry about my personal belongings. My house is spotless and smells amazing.

Highly recommend! We have been using Fosters for several years and they have helped us with a multitude of our rental properties from haul offs, deep cleans, carpet cleaning, freshen ups, etc. They do it all.. They are very responsive and quick to assist with any of our needs. I could not recommend them enough.

I had an appointment with The Maid. The reason why I scheduled them because they had very good reviews. When it was time to come out they wanted to come early but I was still working so that wasn't a good time for me so I rescheduled. I called to reschedule the lady was very rude and told me they don't service my area. I explained to her that I had an appointment before but she still denyed me. I feel as if that was very unprofessional.

The yellow team did an amazing job. The house looks and smell great. The job was done in a short amount of time. 🙂

The ladies sent to clean my home were friendly, courteous, very professional and hard working. The job they did was most excellent, and I intend to use their services a lot more in the future.

We purchased a home and the sellers paid to have it professionally cleaned. Terrible charged $433.00 to clean an empty house, they left floors nasty, window seals nasty, shower nasty. Awful job would not recommend using them.

Team Winter that came out did an excellent job cleaning my home for Thanksgiving! So thankful they fit me in before company arrives.

My husband and I both have medical issues which is why we hired the maids, because it's just gotten to difficult to maintain our home. In the very beginning they were AMAZING.... now, NOT SO MUCH!
I have found that I have to CONSTANTLY go behind the team like children making sure they do everything they are supposed to do & I'm not happy with that. I've voice my concerns to 2 supervisors and 1 had to come out and do a room because they NEVER TOUCHED IT!!
I'VE GIVEN THEM CHANCES FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS....... BUT NO MORE!!! I'm BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!! So this will be my LAST service with the maids! I'm paying to much money every month to bave to go behind them. The previous company did a MUCH BETTER JOB and though their prices were higher and least I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED......I guess it's true, you really do get what you pay for!

The three-women crew who performed my first home cleaning were friendly, expedient, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services within the Gluckstadt/Madison area.

I called and spoke to nice guy on the phone to discuss estimates on having my rental property cleaned before I put it on the market. I described the property and service I wanted to be completed and he quoted me a price of $265 - $305 (2BR/2BA, 1100 sqft). The property is empty and in great shape, I just wanted all the dust cleaned and freshened up for a new tenant. I was told I had to provide a CC# prior to service, and I did. My service was scheduled to take place between 12:30 & 2:30 four days later - and I was fine with that, but requested that I be given a call when they were on their way, so I could drive over and unlock the door (less than 1/4 mile away; basically across the street).

At 3:21 day of the appointment (an hour late), I missed two phone calls from an unknown number (no voicemail) and 3:26 I missed three phone calls from an unknown number. The next time I looked at my phone and noticed all the missed calls was 3:29. I called back the most recent number and was told that no one was able to reach me (3 min. later). I apologized and was told the cleaners would be routed to the house.
After I hung up the phone, I received a voicemail notification and when I listened to the recording it was the same guy I had just spoken with - the voicemail was "....I am sorry we couldn't come by to clean today we were unable to reach you by phone or text and we tried numerous times please call me as soon as you can to reschedule this service thank you".
*Keep in mind that all of this has taken place within 8 minutes*
After hearing this voicemail, I just couldn't take it...I called back and cancelled the service!
It is completely absurd for a company to be an hour late for an appointment, then try to blame the customer for missing a phone call. For Pete's sake! Give me a moment to call you back! Three minutes was apparently way too long for them, but it's acceptable for them to be over an hour late. Now I wait to see if they are going to charge me a cancellation fee.
Do not use this company. They are more expensive than their competition, cannot adhere to a schedule, and are managed poorly.
