Cobwebs and fans not cleaned well because lady was afraid of ladders. 10 ft Long Island in kitchen not cleaned. Bathroom floor not mopped. Several floors not vacuumed.

They did clean toilets well.

Great cleaning company. We have used them for several years. The cleaners always do a great job and if you ever have a complaint big or small, the owner will make sure it is resolved ASAP.

I had to ask them to come back, which they did and we appreciate. I also decided to have them clean the grout when they came back and thought what I paid would have given me a better cleaning. There was still alot missed with both, and we had to clean it ourselves. I am now going to have to pay to have the carpets cleaned again by another company before we sell due to how poor of a job they did. Average rating for average service. Do not recommend.
