I would not recommend them. I called and hired them to come clean because we were moving in after buying a house. I asked whoever I spoke on the phone to do a deep clean, and asked if they would clean cabinets and all surfaces of the house, oven and etc, and they said as I quote: “ we will clean top to bottom, and touch all surfaces in the house.” Well, when I got there a few hours after the service was finished and went to check on my new house and ready to move in, and I was not happy. The oven was disgusting, it had not even been touched on the inside or outside, they didn’t even clean on top of it. The cabinets were not clean in the kitchen, the master bedroom was not even touched, I took pictures of all so I could have it for the record. The cabinets in the bathroom had hair in them and were completely dirty. I don’t even know if they cleaned anything but mop my living room. I called them the next day early in the morning and told them what was not done, and asked what was going on and he said well he was going to send another team to come clean.
( he even told me they were going to clean all the windows, but at this point I just wanted my kitchen to be completely clean and my bathrooms)
He sent another team, and they were very nice and sweet people, the Field manager came as well, and my husband told her about the cabinets and all that needed to be done, and I told her to do a walk-through to make sure service was gonna be done as it should because we were paying very expensive for it. And I stayed in the house to watch them do it, I saw them cleaning some cabinets in the kitchen, so I assume It was going to be done. The next day I had a friend coming over to help me unpack and get my stuff in the cabinets. As soon as I open the cabinets the old owners liners were still there, there was roach poop on the top of the cabinets. Gross. Instead of unpacking and getting ready for my new house I spent the weekend cleaning before I could put my stuff in. I’m Unhappy. I called them Monday after I had finished cleaning the house and they told me they could not do anything but send another team. At the point I was done.

I told him we had a newborn baby and would prefer to pay someone to clean so I didn’t have to. But I ended up having to clean anyways.
I could not trust that they have wipe down any of the cabinets inside the house, so I had to do it myself, and I ended up cleaning the bathrooms again because I could not trust that they had to cleaned it. We paid $298 for it. Not only that we had to buy more cleaning supplies to finish cleaning the house.

Used this service for moving out deep cleaning. We had house completely empty and already clean but needed a few touch ups to knock out closing contingencies. There was no difference in when they arrived and when they left. We asked for refund and the company refused to provide refund but that they would come out to finish. However, this is not possible due to closing deadline. I would strongly recommend against using this company. The pictures included in this review were taken AFTER they “finished”.

Such a great experience with the Maids cleaning service, it makes you clean up for them to come but then the whole house is clean until the next time they come !! Love The Maids

Jennifer & Team Christmas did a good job on a basic cleaning! They were all so kind and professional, and easily worked around my husband and I as we both work from home.

We work from home, so we see the job they do firsthand. They come in, get right to work, and clean things up well and thoroughly. The Team is pleasant, professional, and they are even nice to our dogs. We have used other services and would recommend The Maids.

I had my house deep cleaned by The Maids. Four awesome women (Hanna, Key, Madison, and Jessika) performed an outstanding job in record time. I will certainly be using The Maids for future cleaning services and will ask for these professional women to return. They earned gold stars all around!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I booked a moving cleaning. The Maids gave us an estimate of $215-$260 based on the size of our house and our needs. We were told we would be called if the price would need to be increased if more time is required for our approval. On the day of our cleaning, they told us they would be there in the afternoon but came early in the morning, so we had to rush and figure out someone to come let them in the house. On their arrival, they wrote $216 on our receipt before cleaning. MUCH to our surprise when we get home, the $216 was scratched out and we had been charged more than double the estimate at $480. As we walked around and inspected the house, we saw much to be desired ESPECIALLY for that price. We have two closets that look like the door wasn’t even opened, floors totally unvacuumed. Our light fixture above the dining table had a thick layer of dust. Along with MANY other details that were missed. Overall, the house looked better than before, however, for the price I expect more. We called the company to discuss this high charge and were basically told that this was the price and it was correct and that he would send someone back if we wanted but did not offer any further itemized descriptions of what justices these charges. I would not recommend this service to any of my friends or family.

It is amazing to see these ladies come into my home and get right to work! They are very courteous and polite. They work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. When they leave my home is sparkling! I’ve never been happier with any cleaning team than I am with Merry Maids.i highly and confidently recommend them.

My sister-in-law had been in the hospital and we wanted her to come home to a clean apartment. When she walked in the door, she noted how clean the apartment was. Mission accomplished!!!

The cleaning associates were so pleasant. I throughly enjoyed walking into a clean and fresh smelling home, I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

These professionals are the best!! I had what seemed to be an impossible task and they tackled it with skill and ease. It was obvious that they had a plan they didn't waste a second of my time. Thanks so much for all you did. I will definitely continue using this service!

My house looks soooo good after being cleaned by The Maids Team Winter! My bathrooms sparkle, the floors are clean, the kitchen counters are gleaming, the furniture was polished, and even the ceiling fans and baseboards got a good dusting. Excellent work, ladies! Thank you!

The guy who facilitates the bookings was very pleasant and was honestly the best part of the entire experience. Unfortunately, I booked a same day service with the business and was thrilled that they had availability. The quote was pricey and didn’t include dishes but I was willing to pay the estimated 190-260. The cleaners arrived after finding parking and apparently were very rude to my security who called me to come down. I missed the call while I was in the elevator, but was coming down to the lobby to let them upstairs in my building, the ladies decided to just leave. I saw them outside on the street and waved them down while I was on the phone with the guy who does the bookings. The ladies simply continued to load their cars, ignored me, and left. I was not serviced and at 3pm in the afternoon can’t locate another same day cleaning service. It clear that the cleaners have major control over the people in the office, as the people I spoke with on the phone said themselves that it wasn’t okay for them to just leave. VERY DISAPPOINTED in how this was handled and can’t fathom a company allowing their employees to ditch a job when they’re already there. My apt has a very nice lobby for the ladies to wait in until I arrived downstairs, but it’s clear that they didn’t want to work in the first place.

I wouldn’t DARE recommend the maids service. They charge you to much money to and half clean . The MAIDS doesn’t even stay in your house the estimated time. I will not be requesting them to come back to my house AGAIN . I will recommend any other cleaning service. I asked for a deep clean and I definitely didn’t get that . I could have cleaned my house myself.

They cleaned my commercial kitchen and office and it was spotless when they left. They did an awesome job. I will definitely be calling Hanna and her team back out!

The Team Summer, led by Hanna and included Deidra and Loretta are absolutely awesome. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, all were so pleasant and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I would love to have them again. They are really good!

I was so pleased with The Maids service I recently received!! The ladies were professional, efficient, hardworking, and so sweet!! Everything was spotless and they were such a pleasure to work with! Due to medical issues I had not been able to clean so their service was a true blessing. It felt like Christmas came early. I will be signing up for regular service and I highly recommend The Maids!!!

Thorough! My floors sparkle and the dust has been banished to never-never land. Team ‘Christmas’ members Hanna, Amanda, and Naisha did an amazing job. My living/kitchen area looks brand new. On time, worked nonstop and I am very happy.
