Danny Dotson ripped off my daughter gave her two tires on two bad two bad tires on two bad rims having to drive two hours away with a two week old baby and he refuses to reimburse the money or fix the tires unless she turns around and drives all the way back up there after he drove an hour out here and put these tires on here knowing they were bad he knew they were bad tires and his excuse is you you should’ve seen him I’m the buyer, sir, you’re the Tire expert. Why should I have seen bad tires that I was buying that was supposed to be brand new Malibu rims and tires but one thing is for sure. It will be a civil seat, but I am taking him to court. I’m spending that 250 to get it started and we can go from there. I have all of his messages trying to say he’s scared to come out here now because I threaten him with the police well of course I threatened to press charges against you for ripping my daughter off $125 on tires and an extra 25 for gas which makes 150$ who else thinks that he should have charges put against him for what? What if or the night he did this it was sleeting and rainy. The streets were slick. So if these tires would’ve blue, it would’ve healed my daughter and my two week old grandbaby, but he wants to laugh about it like a child. How can people like this have a business he says it’s his business he owns this business. Nobody can touch him. Well dammit somebody’s gonna touch him if I gotta put my hands on him.

These people are trying to rip me off...I was charged over $1500 for repairs which was compressor, 12lbs of refrigerant, new line dryer, and vacuum system...less than a month my unit went out after I was promised that the compressor had a good seven years left..called again yes they came out and told me that my compressor is bad "really" but you repaired it...received call from manager stating that they didnt repair the compressor the invoice don't show it...well my invoices does I will be giving Andy Wise a call, Facebook and all social media site...wish me luck!

Love this company!!! They were professional and let me know up front what my charges would be. I had an upstairs air unit go on the blink, fortunately it was under my home warranty. I had very little out of pocket expenses and job was done quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and I noticed a big change after the work was completed. I am sure if I have any other problems I will be calling them back to my place. I would give you a million stars if I could. Thank You Service Pro!!!

For warranty work they will rip you off.
Our heating unit upstairs would not come on. American Warranty sent us to Service Pros Inc. They came out quickly and determined that the heater needed to be replaced. The technician was very courteous and professional. So far so good. They ordered another unit and we called back a couple days later to schedule the install day. Everything was great until they explained that there would be "modifications" needed that were not covered with the warranty. I asked how much and was told $900. So, I asked for a breakdown of what those costs covered. This is what I was told - $200 for gas line modification, $150 for drain line modification, $250 for the vent pipe, and $300 for sheet metal. When they arrived, they demanded that they be paid in full before even unloading the unit. I wrote a check figured I could just stop payment on it if there were any concerns. Once they completed the work, I was surprised to see that the collection pan and drain lines were not even touched. There's a $150 hit for nothing. The vent pipe was all original as well with the exception of about a 2' riser and a reducer to fit into the existing vent. At least something was done but I can't see $250 worth of work or materials. The gas line was actually modified. The pipe at the valve was removed and a flex tube was put in its place to connect to the unit. $200 worth of work? I doubt it. Then there's the $300 of sheet metal. I can't see all they did with that, so I'll just give them that one. Basically they were paid by the warranty company then charged me for the complete installation, double dipping all along the way. Again, the technicians that came out were great but the business practices of the company are sketchy at best. So, if you need warranty work done, ask for a different company or you'll be paying extra.

Service Pros came out for my warranty job on my Water Heater. They fixed the issue timely and I had very little non covered cost .

I own a shopping center in Southaven and they provide excellent and efficient services for all of my needs.

Service Pros Inc. is a total scam. They replaced my slab coil and condenser, only to leave the system leaking refrigerant everywhere, rendering my AC useless. When I demanded they fix their incompetent work, they flat-out refused, hiding behind their laughable 30-day warranty. No accountability, no skill, just a trail of broken promises and a butchered job. Their technicians are clueless, and their customer service is a disgrace. Steer clear of Service Pros Inc. unless you want to flush your money down the drain on a leaking, broken AC.
