It a scam they charge you $70 only to come out and double charge you for the service. Home Depot will do the install for 135. They quoted me 435.and the 70 doesn't go toward your total.

They are terrible. Not only do they overcharge and they to rip you off, but they continue to charge your debit card months after you cancel your services with them. I have to go and get a new debit card, just because they will not stop charging my card. They charged me 3 times AFTER I canceled service with them.

Hot water went out Friday afternoon. Upchurch Services sent Tim out right after I called. Tim was prompt, courteous, & professional. In short, Tim did an excellent job replacing the hot water heater.

Not cheap, but worth it. Hot Water heater replacement amidst the lingering ice storm troubles. Called on Monday, they were here on Tuesday, and the crew was on their A-game. In and out in a couple of hours.

Jeremy was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He came out to evaluate on a Saturday and replaced our kitchen faucet along with the garbage disposal on a Sunday!

I called them yesterday and one of their representatives called me back and said that they would be here tomorrow morning around 9:30 am. I called him at 9:30am today and he said that he got caught up at the shop there in Horn Lake and is on the way. According to Google Maps, Horn lake is only 37 minutes away. I tried calling him back at 11:30 in which there was no answer. It’s now 3:30 pm (6 hours later)....guess him being from Mississippi, he must not know his way around in Memphis. Looks like I’ll just have to find someone that’s a little more familiar with this new thing or gadget called a “CELL PHONE” with google maps that’s a little more dependable to either call back or at least ABLE to drive the 37 minutes to find their way here.....

Earlier this year there was a gas leakage on the property. UpChurch Services handled the problem. Residents started calling Monday about a gas smell in the same building. I called Upchurch Services to have a representative come out an assess the situation. Mr. Randy came out to assess the situation. There was not an odor when he came out. He took the time to visit each unit to make sure there wasn't any signs of a gas leak. He concluded that the issue was probably an open drainpipe out back. Thanks Randy.

I put in for a repair on 6/30/2023 for Commercial HVAC repair option 2. I am still waiting on someone to come out. I have called the office everyday since the 30th and they keep telling me the same thing a tech will be out. Havent seen a tech yet and its 18 days later.

Toilets and other drains were running very slow, sometimes taking quite a while to go down. Tech came out and inspected the pipes from the house to the street. Had to go back to Upchurch to get a jet machine to find the problem. Found many roots that went through pipes where they were cracked. He removed all the roots and explained what would have to be done to completely repair the pipes. With the roots removed, there has been no problem with draining. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Very unprofessional and tried to charge me over 1500 dollars just on labor and the part was covered under warranty. I call 3 other companies and all 3 said that it would be around 450 to 500 for labor. I have the bids to prove it and will be happy to share. This company is a rip off and I will never use or recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed in them. How can you say it is over 1500 dollars for labor only (1518.33is what they bid) when 3 other companies say labor is less than 500 dollars. I would love to hear how they came up with the extra 1000.

Donald is professional and helpful with all the work i needed done. From the the HVAC work to the flooring. Contacted the company about my underground water leak. Chris came by and gave a quote. Very reasonable price and excellent quality work. Very timely and very experienced. Definitely using them again. Thank you upchurch and especially chris for fixing my underground leak.

I used Upchurch Services to repair my undermounted kitchen sink that had separated from the granite countertop and to replace the garbage disposal that was broken. We were very pleased with the results. The staff was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them.
