The best HVAC company in the area! Our business has switched companies a few times, and they are by far the best!! We couldn’t find anyone to actually fix our unit - we got the run around for months about different parts and setpoints. Upchurch came out and had it fixed right away, and they actually take the time to explain it to where you can understand the fix. I am so impressed and grateful we found a company that is great at communication, goes above and beyond, and gets us the results.

Just had my HVAC replaced by Upchurch Services yesterday. Rory Rhoda provided me with a professional and competitive quote. The technicians were here the very next morning to install my new unit. I can’t say enough good things about these young men, Deundre Green and Frank Green. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They completed the job with precision, accuracy and a genuine desire to do their very best. Job well done guys!!!! It was my pleasure to have you in my home. Thank you!!

Year round service plan they are supposed to come out 2 times a year then set a time that’s convenient for them not you then they reschedule, now they sub it out and can’t show up when they’re supposed to but my card keeps getting charged and can’t get anyone on the phone.

I am very pleased with Ricky's installation of our reverse osmosis water tank. He explained how he was positioning the tank and filters and then was so patient in teaching me how to close 2 valves when I change filters twice yearly. He also told me where to read about my warranties. Thank you, Ricky! I appreciated Josh's home visit last week to examine our installation location and give me a price quote. I received quick scheduling as soon as I approved the work to be done.

Called this morning for hot water heater issue. They promised someone in the afternoon, Chris Warren called and said he would be here by noon and he was. Looked at the issue and figured it out gave us options on how to fix and had it resolved a short time later. He explained what happened and gave us recommendations on what to do if it happens again.
Highly recommend his work and the responsiveness of this company. Don't get that much anymore.

"Bubba" and Landon did amazing! Brian was so knowledgeable that he even taught me a few things about my heat and air units. They were both quick and effective. They didn't leave until the units were working properly and thouroughly tested. I'm very impressed.

Casey and Courtney did an excellent job on my water heater repair. They were knowledgeable helpful and friendly. All is working well and I am grateful. I stop at 4stars because nothing can be 100 percent.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this company, we have used them more than once and they never disappoint. Mr. Williams has been our tech both times we’ve had calls and he’s always so polite and works quickly. Rory has always been great to work with when it came to price and paying. Today we had our ac unit replaced, our pools hose had a leak and the team that brought the unit taped it up for me, i noticed after they left unfortunately so I didn’t get to thank them. When Mr Williams and his partner got here they were respectful and got the job done and we’re so positive and cheerful despite working late in the day to get it done even with my little one asking them a million questions. We are definitely life time customers!!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience. We were packed and ready to leave for vacation at 3am and woke up to a hot house. We called our regular a/c business at 7am and was told that it would be an emergency appt and someone wouldn't call us until the afternoon. I started calling any number I could find. Finally, Wayman was my hero! I told him the situation and it worked out that he was close by and generously offered to come over in 15 minutes. He found the issue, replaced the part, and did a tune up all in about an hour. Needless to say, we will be having him service our hvac from now on. Good honest customer service is hard to find and I am so appreciative for his willingness to squeeze us in. THANK YOU THANK YOU! A++++++

Mr. Coleman was very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed our upstairs ac unit replaced. He had a better price and did not try to up sell us as others had. We would highly recommend him!

My AC unit went out, and I contacted Mr. Coleman at ColemanAir. He was on a call but offered to be at my home within 90 minutes. He arrived earlier than quoted, and immediately began to diagnose my system's problem. He checked both the interior and exterior components and was very thorough. Mr. Coleman explained my issues and options for repair and completed the job promptly to my complete satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and discussed all aspects of what he repaired and gained from his inspection of my unit. If you are in need of HVAC service, I would highly recommend ColemanAir.

Mr. Coleman was wonderful! I called him early one morning and he was there within the next hour and a half! After getting numerous estimates for new units, he was by far the best price. He gave us numerous options and explained everything to us so that we knew what we'd be getting. I would absolutely recommend calling him for any of your air needs!

I have been in construction my whole adult life. I know most ever HVAC company in town. Our AC unit quit working at my house. It was a no brainer who to call. Michael over at Muse is the best kind of guy, very honest and strait forward dude. Caleb a technician came out to diagnose the issue. Turned out we had a bad condenser. Our unit being as old as it was a slim chance to find this part they found us one saved us a ton of money. Very professional. Everyone is real easy to talk to and good people. I highly recommend this company. Great Experience.

Normal maintenance but added a soft start unit to my ac. Wow. What a difference in startup power loss. Would advise having one installed. Cuts down immensely on required starting power.
