Couldn’t be happier with the job and service. As with any job like this, there were a few complications but Mathew, site manager, was on it. All was done by 3:30. I would recommend Watkins for any roofing job. Very pleased.

They came as scheduled & the crew was very efficient & worked expeditiously. They cleaned up behind themselves & did a great job. Watkins took care of my parents without one hiccup in the process. And I am truly grateful for that, because my dad still works and travels constantly, so my mom is left alone a majority of the time. She had to deal with most of the process and she has done nothing but sing their praises. And I am thankful for that because that’s less stress for me to have to deal with too.
Our oldest son had a tree fall on his new house a few weeks ago and my mom was the first to jump in and give him all the information that he needed and who to contact. They’re coming to his house tomorrow to assess everything. I told him do not deal with anyone else- only Watkins. They have made all of our lives easier in a stressful situation.
