We are very, very pleased with the work performance of Watkins. Their communication before, during and afterwards was excellent. They moved the construction date forward from initial date (nobody does that!), their crews were professional, respectful, thorough, enthusiastic and meticulous. The end product is excellent. Their invoice matched the estimate exactly, there were no extra charges. We recommend them highly.

Joel took his time with us, explaining every detail involved in the purchase of a new roof. Watkins did an amazing job! From my first phone call to completion of work! I couldn’t have been more pleased with there team - from Day 1 with Ethan Harris and Gabe Shows, who were incredibly thorough and amazing to work with our insurance company to be sure we were built back like before. To Andrew Harden and Ashley repairing/painting our house in an extremely timely manner (right before I host a large event at my house this weekend) to communicating along the way and all the parts in between! Although I hope a tree never falls on my house- these are the first people I will be calling, if it happens again! Thanks, Watkins, for the great work and phenomenal customer service!!

Moving into an older home has it's benefits and downfalls. We finally had to get a new roof. After months of playing phone tag with other roofers. Jeff Thomas from Watkins was the ONLY one that immediately responded. He came out the next day and explained how the process worked and "that it is painless because the guys in the office deal with the insurance, you really don't have to do a thing." Whenever I spoke to or texted someone from Watkins, they all knew about the project or had an answer for me. The entire staff is kind and they actually know what they are talking about, they kept me up to date. The installation was quicker than expected and the crew showed up on time and worked! My old house was build in the late 40's, so I think they had their work cut out for them. The crew worked and were done BEFORE I got home from work.
When Jeff said they clean up, they really do! No nails, paper, trash or old shingles were to be found. An amazing perk, is the project manager Jack, sent me a link so I was able to see the pictures of the process. Since my husband was not able to participate in this process, it is VERY nice that all the men, Jeff Thomas, Waymon Thornton, Chad Savage, Matt and Jack, that I spoke/met with, were respectful and patient when I asked my MANY questions. They worked with my schedule and wouldn't stop until I was 100% happy. Thank you Watkins!

Watkins replaced my roof in October and they did an excellent job, which they finished in one day. My initial contact was with Jamie Price, who was always cordial and responsive to my questions, concerns and changes to the original estimate. On the scheduled work day, Jesse Turberville, the site leader, kept me fully informed throughout the entire job, letting me know about anything they found that needed to be addressed, and what my options were. He was helpful and polite in all my dealings with him. When the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up everything and checked the grounds for nails. Based on my experience with Watkins, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing and wants quality, professional service.

We had ceiling in two rooms repair due to water damage. I had been dreading the mess it would cause from the sheetrock dust sanding and painting. I was shocked that I did not experience any of that. They covered furniture and floors. I could not tell they had been here other than the ceiling was repaired perfectly. These guys did a fantastic job!

Watkins was great from start to finish when it came to installing our new roof. I started with Wendy who is just great, then Michael came to the house and walked through the entire process. The office staff kept in contact and let me know several times what day they would be coming out and if anything changed they quickly let me know. Then Jesse, who oversaw the actual work, was very thorough, professional and kind. He was there the entire time and made sure everything was on track and done correctly. There were some repair issues which Watkins is taking care of and they reinstalled some gutters. The crew was hard-working, very quick, and did a great job and the roof looks fantastic! Thank you to everyone at Watkins for a really painless and pleasant experience!!

The folks at Watkins were extremely professional from the initial quote to the finished job. They showed up on time and completed a roof replacement including replacing some damaged sheeting in one day. My yard was spotless when they left. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did.

Great experience with Watkins Roofing and Construction. My new roof looks fantastic. Brennan Buchanan came, got the necessary info, worked up the proposal quickly, scheduled the replacement, the insurance department was very prompt and helpful…then Andrew Harden oversaw the project. They finished in one day!! I was very impressed with the process and the work. I highly recommend Watkins Roofing !!

I have had Shan from Watkins come out a couple of times to look at different things on my house. He is always polite, punctual, efficient, and honest. Shan identfied and fixed a leak another company couldn't even find. Shan and Watkins are 10/10.

I can't speak highly enough about Shan Hales and the team at Watkins Construction and Roofing. Shan is not only professional but polite and the quality of work puts your mind at ease without having to worry if the job was done correctly, as can be the case with many other contractors. This team has a tremendous amount of experience, is licensed and bonded, and knows what they are doing. There have been times in the past in which I was nervous about contractors at my property but that is NOT the case with Watkins as you know you are in good hands and you don't have to worry about the quality of work performed. This is an easy 5 star review for me and I would highly recommend Shan and the team at Watkins Construction and Roofing.

Professional, Efficient, and Informative. They were able to completely replace our metal roof(looks amazing) within a day and kept us informed of any changes in real time. Watkins did an incredible job removing and replacing an entire roof in a day, and remodeling a patio the next. They worked with us every step of the way, including insurance, and gave us access to the library of the job site images. Highly recommended.

Shan arrived earlier, was quick to determine the root cause and present fixes for the issue. I called on a Thursday or Friday the week before and was offered Monday/Tuesday. Great response, timely solutions and all this right before Christmas. Tremendous appreciation for the entire Watkins team.

This was a very pleasant experience. All the workers were nice and constantly busy. All seemed very confident with their assignments and did very good work. Every day before they left they cleaned up everything and made it spotless. I would highly recommend these people to anyone in need of new shingles or any type of work.
