Watkins Roofing was competitive in its pricing and superb in its communication before, during, and after the new roof and all new roofing vents were installed. The 'on site' project manager was present before , during, and after installation. The site was cleaned up by roofing crew at end of every day. House widow, door, gutter protection was excellent. The sales representative was extremely patient and helpful in our decisions as to new roof color choice. Ours is a complete satisfaction result with an extremely professional company.

I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude to all of those involved at Watkin’s Roofing & Construction during our roof replacement. We had an incredible experience from the beginning to the very end. Our salesman, Jeff Thomas was tremendous! He is knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was always on time, and guided me through every aspect and what to expect. His assistance with filing an insurance claim was priceless. Jeff always answered his phone or called me right back which is unheard of in today’s world. Stephanie kept me apprised of the schedule and would touch base with me regularly for over a month as to the status of our job and when it would start. She is so kind and beyond efficient! Russ Smith, the foreman, was incredible. During his two days at our home along with a crew of 14 men and women, things ran so smoothly. Russ kept me in the loop both days as to what was taking place, the condition of our roof, how many sheets of plywood we needed to purchase, and so much more. He also texted or called me prior to his or the crew’s arrival and was always on time. Again, this is so rare! Russ’s follow up after our roof installation was fabulous, and he even contacted me on a Saturday! He personally came to the house to address a few items that needed attention after the roof was completed. Russ’s customer service was phenomenal. Theresa Drennan in accounting went out of her way to explain our invoice and clarified all of my questions. She is beyond sweet, patient, and so professional. To say the least, I was “wowed” during our roof replacement before it even started, during the project, and after it was finished. I had been dreading this project to our home but cannot say enough about how much each person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to over the phone made the experience pleasant and seamless! Thank you all so much for your hard work. If only more companies took pride in their work and treated their customers as every single one of you did with me! Thank you again!!

The installation crew were absolutely FANTASTIC. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, they were friendly, professional, and efficient.
I appreciate the job that Jesse, project leader, did as well. He stayed on site until the job was completed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After the the roof was installed, Mr. Jesse conducted an inspection, with me, to make sure that I understood the work that had been done and to ensure that I was satisfied with the final outcome. I also want to thank Mr. Alan, estimator, for getting the process started. I was very pleased at how professional Grady and his crew were with my asbestos shingled roof replacement. Totally "turn key"; their team was very thorough in cleanup. I would highly recommend them!

We should have called Watkins FIRST!!! We had a couple of leaks in our ceiling in 2 different places. We called a company we used to replace a roof at one of our other properties, but apparently THIS job was too small and they suggested letting one of their workers do it independently. We weren’t confident in that, plus we did not feel valued after being dismissed. So I called another local company that is highly visible. A rep came out and told me how intimidating our roof is. He did not have the technology to assess it without getting up there. He said he would send someone, but when he learned that the insurance company was sending someone to get up there, he met that person at our home. Of course insurance said they did not find anything and the claim was denied. After that, the roofer ghosted us. I told him we were able to pay out-of-pocket. He stopped answering calls and texts and nobody ever came back to do any type of assessment. Once again, we felt devalued and dismissed. The rainy season passed so, out of sight out of mind, but the leaks were still LURKING. So when the rainy season came again, so did the leaks, this time WORSE. That’s when I thought about the commercials with LURK the LEAK and called WATKINS. I was afraid I’d experience more of the same, but they made us feel EXTREMELY valued from the first call to the completion of the work. They work like a machine and everything was seamless from start to finish!!! They got us scheduled, Jamie came exactly when he said he would. He didn’t have to get on the roof, he had the technology to assess it from the ground and was able to diagnose the problem and show me pictures right away. He came up with a plan and got me an estimate the next day. From there, each member of the team picked up the ball and nobody ever dropped it! From financial discussions, to scheduling, to performing the work, they treated our 2 leaks just as important as a total roof replacement. They ended up replacing some of the decking, flashing, shingles, and siding. The work was done in one day. The painters came and painted the next day and the color was a perfect match. They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. In fact, if I didn’t see them, I wouldn’t have known they were even there but for the normal sounds associated with this type of work. They followed up to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. I had a question. They had a gentleman (I forgot his name) call to answer my question. Though he answered my question sufficiently, he still sent Jay with Quality Assurance to take a look. And I mean this was all chain reactions with almost ZERO wait time. It was like BAM BAM BOOM! Jay came the same day and checked everything. He showed me the advanced materials used and explained how they work and what I can expect. I had peace of mind, but he still encouraged me to call if I had ANY additional questions and he would come back. He was so personable, polite, and caring. I got an invoice and a warranty. We paid cash as it was very REASONABLE. The customer service was TOP KNOTCH! Everyone was nice, kind, attentive, personable, and efficient. I forgot to mention, even after scheduling, I got updates from Stephanie to let me know everything was still on task up until the day of production. I truly appreciated the constant COMMUNICATION. It was very refreshing after being let down and ghosted before. This was in August/September 2025. It is now November and we have had several HEAVY rains and NO leaks. We are still very excited, relived, appreciative of Watkins as well as each and every person that handled us and our project with CARE and RESPECT from start to finish!!! I highly recommend to EVERYONE!!! Thank you!

Everyone was so helpful and professional. All of my questions were answered promptly. Their communication with my insurance was very helpful and they took plenty of photos along the way. Shan Hales & Grady Ladner were the two that worked with me the most and were both incredible. The crew took care of the whole roof in a day and did a great job cleaning up. The work looks great and I’ll be happy to recommend them and use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with MARK Chimney Repairs, starting at their showroom, Mark really answered all our questions and showed us many choices, the showroom is great and shows the many different gas fireplaces in a home display. Now to the installation, at first held up by COVID 19. They gave me a complete package of permits ready for my town’s building officials. After a long wait it was a go. They showed up on time masked, the process went smoothly at each stage. I am a retired contractor an am impressed with the workmanship of their crew, professional and very neat.
