I had some really dirty hardwood floors that needed a lot of work and Grime Stoppers came in and cleaned and even waxed the floors. I’m very satisfied and glad that I called them.

Ghosted!!!! The tile and grout in the center of the room was clean. However, the main area I called them for was the bathroom. I had some sheetrock repair done and sheetrock got into the grout. The potty room was the main area I needed done and it was NOT done well at all. The rest of the 448 ft. done left the last 2 inches or more next to walls and cabinets untouched so it looks terrible. I have contacted them to come back because I was assured that it would be done. A week has passed and I still have nothing scheduled to come back. I will try Service Master next time.

Jarrod did an awesome job! My ceramic tile was horrible and I was ready to rip it up. It looks 100% better and the house smells fresher. He was very professional and efficient. No mess was left behind. Highly recommend!

Advised him on what was going on and he said that he was going to call( his employees and reach back out to me, for the next day) Jarrod, nor his employee called me. The only reason why I’m giving a 1 star, is because, I can’t post my review. Never had a bad experience with Jarrod. It’s just sad.

AMAZING!!! My chairs that had seen better days from children playing all
over them look brand new!!!! I had debated getting new chairs because I thought they were done for, but they truly look like they did the first day I purchased them! Super happy with the turnout. We also enjoyed working with the kind gentlemen that got the work done! Will use again no doubt!

Made our furniture look brand new even after eight years of small children, destroying it! Also , made our bathrooms and showers. Look new as well which I did not know was possible. Very professional and communicated very well. Wil highly recommend to others in the future.

I understand that unexpected issues can happen, and I appreciate the prompt communication and apology. While the last-minute cancellation was inconvenient since we had planned the next few days around the cleaning, I do recognize that the situation was outside of their control.
