I scheduled an appointment with Jarod Buchanan, a week ahead of time. I had just finished remodeling the house. The scheduled appointment was between 12:00-2:00. At 4:30, I called him and asked what happened, he said the guys were at the house, just finishing up. He would call me in 5 minutes with an update. I never heard from him. The following morning, I go back to the house and see they never showed up. He flat out lied. I called 5 times the following day with no response.
He did send invoices for payment the day before, the day of and the day after they no showed. I never pay before services have been finished. I highly urge caution dealing with this company.

Nothing negative about the service because I never got anything done. But I called multiple times and someone would always answer and then just hang up right away so not sure what that's all about.

Grime stoppers were fabulous. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend and will be using them again soon!
