OMG! When I say great customer service! I’ve been looking for someone to steam clean my sectional and as soon as I called he booked my appointment and they were on time 🙌🏾 My furniture and my chairs look brand new. His prices can’t be matched with the service you get. THE BEST IN THE CITY‼️

Steam Kings is my new carpet cleaning company. They took teally great care of my carpet. It looks brand new. He even gave me a free treatment. I will be doing business with them again.
I used Affordable Carpet Cleaning in the past. However, they are higher and not as professional. My total was $114 with ACC but it's only $99 for 4 rooms with Steam King! Thanks again Steam King!

Very Professional & Punctual !! I’d been putting off getting my carpet cleaned for a whiiiiiillleeeee so the build up of dirt was TERRIBLE. Some carpet places only do the bare minimum of getting the stains and smell out but Steam Kings went above and beyond to make my carpets new again!! It smelled so nice!! Everything was explained and the appt started right on time. I will use them again!!

Steam Kings is a one of a kind service. Very professional, always on time. Most companies are in it just to do it, but I can honestly say they have done a great job with no only my car, but my home and my family’s homes as well. I recommend them for all of your cleaning needs.

They were amazing. Their work is beyond what I even thought was possible for the carpet. They were professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was great. They even cleaned some of the furniture, they made a chair that had never been cleaned, a 20 year old chair look brand new again. I will use them again.

This is a great company for any carpet needs. I called today about 3 needing my carpet cleaned and he fit me in and got here quick. They did a great job, very thorough, and also the best service you could get. Definitely will come back!

They are awesome! The customer service was polite, quick to respond and organized. We had hard to remove large stains in the carpet and this company did the job. He was quick and professional. Gratefully,we were able to put our house on the market the next day. We will definitely use STEAM KINGS again.

This company truly went above and beyond. Service was extraordinary. He called before he came. He explained everything he was doing. Super friendly and down-to-earth. My floors had thick wax build up. I had forgotten what the floors looked like until he finished. It was amazing, and prices are so reasonable, half what the competitor wanted to charge. The service wasn’t terrible but personal opinion it wasn’t worth the 115 I paid for just one room to be steamed. The prices were a bit higher than other carpet cleaning services nearby and results were very underwhelming. I literally called for one stain. The owner did come on very short notice and was polite, but did not get the stain. He was not here very long and did not seem to go over the carpet as extensive as I thought for the price. He also did not remove the stain which was the main reason I called. Once he left, my partner and I were able to get the stain up ourselves with little to no effort and walmart bought cleaning supplies lol.. which makes me believe he didn’t attempt to clean good enough for the price I paid. He also was on the phone and yelling very loud in my home which I thought was unprofessional. I support black owned companies but the experience just wasn’t up to par for 115 for one room.

They show up when they say they will. Excellent job on my restaurant floors. Trustworthy! I often leave keys for them to let themselves in and out. Total pros.

The bottom line is that this is a 5-star company. Mr. Rand (Pastor) is the ultimate professional. I was literally facing an emergency situation. Mr. Rand's calm yet knowledgeable and flexible approach to the situation was unmatched. He communicated effectively, was prompt on arrival and went over and beyond my expectation as to the finished product. Oh, and by the way, I must mention that while cleaning, Mr. Rand found a nice sum of money -----that I would have never known existed ---- yet he called to inform me that the money did exist. I was pleasantly surprised to see that honesty and integrity can still be found in our society. I strongly recommend Rand's cleaning service.
