We had a very bad septic tank backup in the bathroom 🚽 and tub 🛀 and he was so professional and cleaned 🧼 and sanitized everything so well and even steam cleaned the carpet in the hallway without extra charge just to make sure he got all the bad water 💦 out the house! Very reasonable price for everything he did!

horrible. set an appointment. they confirmed. went missing pass a hour. waited. called five times and no one answered. tried a (6TH) time and I was hung up on after the second ring. took off of work to accommodate the schedule he requested as well

I had 3 rooms that needed to be clean but I was sure that 2 of the rooms couldn't get clean that we would have to pull it up. Mr. Rand looked at the rooms and reassured me he could get them clean or money back. I took him up on the offer cause I knew it couldn't get done.
