This plumbing supply has been helping me with all my plumbing needs since 2008. This outfit comes highly recommended.

Great customer service, sales actually understand and have knowledge of what you need or looking for. Locally owned, several other locations. They are able to help both walk in customer with their showroom and experience and expert plumbers with any questions, needs or hard to find items.

I am the Vice President of a building supply company in the Tri-County area and I built a house for my daughter. We ordered pipe from Carr and the delivery guys damaged our garage door. Upon the discovery we contacted Paul out sales rep and he assured we would be taken care of. Since then Paul has ignored every phone call and text. Robby has said there is pictures that says they did not damage the door, but non has been presented. Carr was the only delivery made that day and they won’t own up to their mistake. I would highly recommend not using Carr. I gave them one stare because I could not go lower. Robby and Paul, I will fixed the garage door and at this point all I want to say is going forward to your customers, if you make a mistake, own up to it. Don’t run from issues because that’s the best way to lose business. Since I am in the building industry, I will personally make all my customers aware of what happen to my daughter’s home. I sincerely hope the $600.00 you saved not taken care of the issue keeps your profit margin high.Also, it would have been nice if you just addresses the issue. Paul I am extremely disappointed with you because you mislead me and my family leading us on. Hope you guys sleep good at night. Lastly, it’s not that we make mistakes, it how we make up for those mistakes that determine whom we are.
