Service man Walker was extremely competent and on time. His plumbing skills and gas line repair skills are very competent.
He replaced a gas line to our outside lantern and he removed two toilets and replaced them with comfort height toilets.
We had a change in plans as the toilets we purchased did not work, so Walker contacted plumbing supply stores and found what was needed and’s still completed the work on the same day.

Mississippi Plumbing Solutions were at my house that we are selling to conduct an inspection when a water pipe above the garage burst due to extreme cold weather. I cannot say enough about Shaun. He installed a water filtration system today. Instead of leaving the faucet lying down until I can get someone to cut my marble, he made a wooden holder for it! MPS was recommended to me by a friend. Shawn and another young man(who is in training) came to my home within 24 hours of my son calling them. I had a major sewer blockage. My son and I couldn’t use any of the bathrooms(3) or kitchen sink. Shawn immediately knew what the problem was. He gave me a quote, I said ok when can you start. He replied “today, I just need to go get other equipment”. 15 minutes later the owner and another gentleman knocked on my door to assist Shawn. I had 2 men working on one of my bathrooms upstairs while Shawn was working on the bathroom downstairs. To my surprise everything was done in 1 hour and 32 minutes. Thank you guys so much!!! We are now forever customers due to the professionalism, timeliness, and honesty. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.

Roto Rooter came out and replaced a sewer line for our business. The team was very professional, and did an outstanding job. RR showed up exactly when they said they were going to and worked on the sewer line until it was complete. The owner even came by during the job to talk with us and make sure everything was going good. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves once the job was complete. The pricing was good, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Paul runs an outstanding operation at RR, and I would recommend these guys from a small water leak to plumbing a new house. Called Roto Rooter this morning for a sewage smell under the house after trying multiple other plumbers who weren’t willing to get into my crawl space to diagnose the issue.

Jesse arrived within an hour of my initial call to diagnose the issue, then Chauncy followed a couple hours later and got the issue resolved. Very appreciative of the quick, professional service!

Roto-Rooters were the only plumbing company to answer their phone and send someone out to my house to figure out the leak issue I had. Roto-Rooters sent their employee Michael Fields to solve my leak problem. Michael was able to identify the issue quickly and produced a game plan to fix the issue. While he was here, he also found a potential future hot water heater leak issue and also fixed it. Michael completed the major repair work with accuracy and speed. Michael tested everything he replaced to insure that there was no leak. While he was fixing the leak issue, he talked my family through what he was doing. Michael cleaned all work areas after he was done. I highly recommend Michael Fields for all leak issues.
