Roto Rooter was timely and got the job done right before Thanksgiving. Plumbing issues don’t have a holiday calendar. I highly recommend.

I did not use them due to miscommunication in the pricing at their office, but the plumber (Micheal Fields) come out and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very apologetic on the office behalf and made efforts to get the communication issues resolved so that it’s not a problem for anyone else in the future.

I would love to do business with Micheal anytime if ever needed!!

I had an old water heater start leaking. I got a new one which was defective NOT from roto rooter which almost immediately started pouring (lucky me)
Roto Rooters workers from the ones on the phone to the insurance specialist to the installers to the disaster specialist saw to everything and guided me through my plumbing disaster. Thank you Jack, Orlando, Gant, Florintine, Mike and the ones who I didn't catch your names. I hope not soon, but I'd definitely call again and recomend.

Michael arrived on time, courteously introduced himself and explained the steps he would be taking to address our plumbing problem. He was very thorough and professional. He patiently answered all our questions! He helped us find the solution that fit our needs. Questions answered, problem solved! He made a difficult situation easier because of his caring attitude. We feel like we have a new friend! He is a definite asset!

I initially left a good review. But after they came out to look at my plumbing, I was charged $600+ for service.. the only thing that was done was the plumber ran a camera through my drain to see the problem. I don’t feel like that equate to 600 dollars. He was supposed to send me a quote IN WRITING to replace my main drain.. never did. So I feel I paid 600 for virtually nothing. I had to get another company to come and do the service that didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Waste of time and money

I was very pleased with Serviceman Russell Clark. He was very professional, helpful and courteous. I would request him again for future work in my home.

Mike is hands down a true asset to this company. He went above and beyond to help me get my plumbing issue resolved. I’m not going to lie, I felt so depleted and I wanted to cry whenever i received my estimate…but 20 mins after he left, he called me back, and that call changed everything. I was so impressed by his level of professionalism and customer service that I knew in my gut that I made the right decision to go with Roto-Rooter. I also want to shoutout Orlando…he was amazing and so helpful to me…I can’t rave enough about my experience with this company, and it’s definitely due to my interaction with these two guys!!!

I recently had some home repairs that were not done properly or at all by the company i had highered before going with Roto. You ever meet someone that makes the company something worth chosing? I had one such professional "Garret Flowers" the other reviews mentioning him by name are spot on he's awesome, he will be why I will chose Roto in the future and why i think you should to. Garret arrived on time was reachable by phone and was very good at communicating the work that needed done. He was friendly, professional, and talented. While he was servicing me he also answered all of my silly questions, which put me at ease. He was hard working and got into the mud of the problem both literally and physically. He did great work and i now have functional draining pipes once more! Mr. Flowers made this service call a positive one that i am very satisfied with, Roto has a strong talent in there Jackson group! When i need plumming and drainage to be fixed in the future, I'll ask for Mr. Flowers specifically!

I had an emergency at 2 in the morning and Mr. Drake responded within 5 minutes letting us know he was on his way. He came out in the middle of the night and immediately fixed all of our drainage issues! Fairly priced, AMAZING service, and such kind employees! The office staff even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was fixed and that I was satisfied with everything! Lifelong customer here! Thank you!!!

I called to get help for a blocked drain. Roto-Rooter came and scoped the pipe. He said the pipe was broken under the slab and marked on the concrete slab where the break was and guaranteed to be within a couple feet. He gave me his charge and i paid him. We broke a 4 1/2 ft. hole through the slab and there was no break. i called R.R back to the job site and he was going to scope again but neither of the two scopes he had would work so R,R. employee then said it must be just stopped up. The only sewer snake he had was a 3/8" and it would not do the job. Then he charged me again and left. I called R.R. management complaining about this and more or less was told "well he (the R.R. plumber) did come to the job and tried".

I called Roto Rooter a few months ago when I moved into an older home. We had been having some problems in the kitchen with the sink backing up. I had heard only positive things about RR so I was confident in their abilities when I called. I described the problem when I called and in less than an hour 3 workers with a ton of equipment came to my front door. They were all VERY courteous and did not track any mud or dirt into my house- like I've seen with previous plumbing companies I've used. It took them a little while longer only because of the very old pipes that had not been taken care of. They were very detailed and did not leave until they had completely fixed the problem. At one point, the owner of the company stopped by to make sure things were going alright and to give some insight. He was very polite and explained to me exactly what they were doing. They completely cleaned up their mess before they left and thanked me for the service. I received a follow up call a few days later asking about the service- which I was very pleased to receive. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing plumbing help!

We were told we had a leak and spent a whole two days searching but once Dakota and Justin came out to look they already had an idea with what they were working with and kept us updated through the whole process whilst giving us an insight to problem. Will be recommending them for any and all plumbing issues.

The technician was Garrett Flowers. He was wonderful. He was very professional and did an awesome job. He was so concern about the job being done correctly and completed in a timely manner. I am so appreciative of him. If you use Roto Rooter please request Garrett. I promise you want be disappointed.

Michael Fields and Christopher Anderson came out and handle our plumbing issues without time and worked extremely extremely hard in over 98 degrees weather.
The guys worked so hard without complaint that I was compelled to give them both a tip and I will recommend this service to all

When my sewage line backed up and I called Roto Rooter in a panic Linberg was dispatched to me within 45 minutes! He was completely professional and possessed a very calming confidence that let me know he could take care of the issue. He worked diligently to assess the problem discovering the drought was the cause. He found a cracked pipe which needed to be replaced. The next day he and Cowboy Matt arrived with a little tractor, dug a hole and repaired it. They worked until 7pm to make sure the piece was properly fitted. On the final day day Linberg arrived completed the job and cleaned up. I'll call Roto Rooter for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you!

Very pleasant experience with Roto tech. He had to wrestle with a stingy shower but he kept at it until he got it perfect. They have my business going forward for sure!

I feel like I was taken advantage of. I know that the service that your company provides is expensive but I do feel that the service that I received was overpriced. I’ve used the service in the past and I could be wrong but I don’t know if I’ve paid almost $300.00 before. It was one drain cleaning and I had a 2:00 - 4:00 appointment and your representative did not show until about 5:15. I don’t know if he charged me for after hours even though I had an earlier appointment and he showed up late. He gave me 3 bottles of pipe shield that I did not ask for and I don’t know if I was charged for those. I expected to pay close to $200 for the service but I felt like $300 was just too much. An itemized bill would’ve been nice. The rep was friendly and did a good job. I don’t think I will be using or recommending Roto Rooter in the near future.

They sent a plumber out and he said my water leak was coming from the shower drain. You could clearly see it was constantly coming from the main water line under the slab. I had to tell and show them where the water was coming from. They wanted to cut my kids tub out. Then they wanted to take the sink and cabinet out. I would not let them do that and 2 days have gone by and the leak still has not been fixed. So I made them leave and called a locally owned company and they said they could be there the next morning by 8:00am and they were early and identified where my leak was and fixed my leak within 6 to 8 hours. So BOOM!!!!! Go local!!!!!! Horrible/ trashy/ un-professional ROTO-ROOTER! GREAT JOB JET PLUMBING!!!!!!!

Tyler was very professional and he arrived early. He helped us install our new bidetmate toilet. His expert advice guided us in making decisions which resulted in an excellent install. Thank you so much we really appreciate the quality service provided.

Previous work team put in the wrong piping for two tankless water heaters. The new owners considered the relevant issues and replaced the pipes. Justin took his time to perform the work in an intelligently, aggressive manner. Great job overall!
