This place is a lifesaver. They always have the supplies and parts you can’t find at Lowe’s or plumbing suppliers. Fair prices and open on Saturdays. So thankful for this place as a weekend DIY’er with an old house and old components that big retailer don’t seem to carry. Thankful!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Arender Plumbing Supply in Jackson, MS. I purchased a tankless water heater from them on November 6, 2025, and the unit failed almost immediately after installation, leading to significant water damage in my home.

When I contacted the store to request a refund under the manufacturer’s warranty, they refused and claimed they needed to “have someone test it first” before issuing a refund. That’s not how a manufacturer warranty works — especially when the product failed within hours of installation.

The lack of accountability, delayed communication, and refusal to stand behind their products reflects poorly on their business practices. I’ve since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope they reconsider how they handle warranty claims in the future.

I strongly recommend finding another vendor to do business with. In my 20 years of doing business, I have never seen a company operate in this manner and not follow standard consumer-warranty practices.

Highly recommend Reid Plumbing for any plumbing problems. Was professional, pleasant to work with, and completely solved my issues with slow water pressure, installation of new kitchen faucet and water filter installation. I would use Reid Plumbing for any plumbing problems I might encounter from now on.

Reid Plumbing was able to come in and out our tub back in after fixing a leak underneath it. They also adjusted the water temperature.
This is not the first time we have used Reid Plumbing before and if we ever need a plumber again we will definitely go back to them.

If you have any problems with your plumber please call Reid plumbing. The women on the phone nice friendly. So talk to me like we knew each other. The two guys came nice friendly and made me feel good about them incredible people.

When I tell you that this company is amazing, you need to hear me. I have had THE WORST luck with plumbers in the past (overcharging, not showing up, not finishing the job, etc.). I will never call anyone else again. I called and spoke to Dana at 9am with a flooded yard. The city of Ridgeland was less than helpful. She was able to get someone to my house in less than an hour. Another hour later, the job was finished and I was charged significantly less than I expected. The guys were professional and very polite. I will recommend y’all to everyone I know.

Reid plumbing has all the qualities of a great business. Cooper and his team installed and rebuilt everything in my two newly renovated bathrooms. The job was fair priced, professionally neatly done, communication was great, and done in a timely manner. Furthermore, he replaced my old hot water heater with a nice tankless unlimited hot water heater! I would highly recommend Reid plumbing!

Kendall was very professional and was not able to fix the problem but it wasn’t a plumbing issue. It was a dishwasher issue.

The folks at Reid Plumbing are my heroes!! Our main water line blew and left us without water - but they were out to assess the issue immediately! A brand new line had to be laid and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They were also very kind and patient when explaining the issue to me and when discussing billing.
