My toilet would not flush and was backing up pretty badly. I called Roto-Rooter and they scheduled me an appointment for the same day, within 3 hours of my frantic call!! I was shocked at how quickly they came to help. The technicians that serviced our home were respectful of my home and were awesome with our dogs in the house. They were very professional while making me feel safe and comfortable having two men in my home while my husband was at work. Prices were reasonable! I couldn’t be happier!

Michael and Matt were professional and quick to fix our Roman faucet. I received replacement parts in the mail, and Michael quickly communicated with me that he would be out the same day. Would highly recommend both of them and Roto Rooter for plumbing issues.

My experience with Roto Rooter was fantastic and affordable. The service guy that came out, Chauncey, was very knowledgeable and was able to instantly diagnose my plumbing issues. He thoroughly explained the issue and how he was going to fix/reverse it. It took about 30-40 minutes for him to complete the job and he informed on how to properly maintenance the issue in the future.

Matt and Charles were fantastic! Super polite and knowledgeable. They arrived got to work right away and had me fixed up in no time!

They were quick to come when our hot water heater began leaking in our attic at 10pm on a Saturday night. The team kept us up to date on all work/repairs. Matt installed our new hot water heater quickly the following Monday. Professional, knowledgeable, a great job overall!

Dakota came out and fixed our issue in a timely manner, he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter if needed in an emergency again

Sean Carrel became my hero today. He quickly and efficiently got my bathroom back in working order ! He was on time, worked quickly, and was friendly the whole time. Service was scheduled and done in a timely manner. I was kept informed and notified about updated arrival times. The technician was very knowledgeable and handled everything in a professional and expert manner. He made me feel comfortable with the process and the results were even better. I have never used Roto Rooter before but will definitely call if needed in the future thanks to Mr. Wade!!!

JACK, is my absolute favorite plumber. I didn’t like him at first when one of my pipes under the toilet in my master bathroom cracked during a cold spell this past winter. And he said that he had to jackhammer my tile floor and fix the pipe, but my bathroom is better now than before.
So I requested him again for a problem with my garage disposal. And he fixed it with no problem.

BTW This is the only plumbing service I have used since owning my home. And they have helped me with several issues.

My service technician was Dakota. He was very thorough and informative. He did not rush through, and he answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain the details of the job that he was giving me an estimate for. He was honest about work that did not need to be done instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary job.

Dakota and Matt were both awesome! There was an issue with my sewer line and they had to bust the the concrete slab to get to it! They were literally done in two days! I could not be proud! They were also friendly and compassionate. I will requesting them should I need work done again!

Very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job on repairing the problem I was having with my plumbing. I would definitely use them again for any future problems. Make sure to ask for Russell. He is the man that will do it right the first time.

I made an appointment for a tech to come and give an estimate on the problem I was having. I picked the hours of 8-10. Because i had to work today also. He's an little over an hour away from me . Justin the tech He calls me about 9 am . I gave him just a run down of the problem I think I'm having. He instantly tells me that any leakage starts off at $1100 and ranging anywhere to $1200 and that's not including labor and material without even evaluating the problem in person. It may have not even been what I thought it was. So i said ok well you have not even evaluated the problem yet. That instantly discourage me. Then he goes on to tell me it's be more like 11am when he make it. I told him I picked the time frame of 8-10. He stated he is an hour and something away.he then stated if I was like to reschedule.

The technician was working alone but did an excellent job! There were 3 clogged drains around my pool full of mud. He used the jet blaster to clear them but bless his heart it took some time because he had to drive the truck from one side of the house to the other a few times…..he was very thorough and diligent!

I started dealing with this company on a Monday for a busted pipe. Everything at first went well. The plumber came out and said a water clean up crew was needed and they could cone out the same day to start. I agreed and they ended up coming mid day that Tuesday. A few guys showed up, walked around and left without saying anything. I called the office Tuesday night asking for an update and was told the cleanup crew would be setting up Wednesday for the plumber to come out. I again agreed and waited until mid day Wednesday. Some guys came started setting up. I waited all day after that because one of the guys that was on scene advised me the plumber was on the way. Never showed up. I called the office again Wednesday night and they apologized for the lack of communication and said a plumber would be there between 1 and 3 Thursday. Thursday comes and some guy shows up very unprofessional. He just comes in and says I need to go to your laundry room. I ask him who is he and what is he doing. He says hold on then walks away. So now not only am I annoyed but now I'm suspicious because why can't you tell m e what you're about to do. Finally ge says he's setting up a tarp for the plumber to come later. This was around noon. I ask when the plumber is coming and he says he should be on the way. A little while afterwards I notice it's almost 3 and still no plumber or phonecall. I call the office AGAIN and they tell me, after several days of dealing with them, they don't have me on schedule. I told them I was told several times by several people I was supposed to be scheduled to have my repairs done. After being hung up on 2 times I FINALLY get an apology and told a plumber was on the way. When the plumber arrived he looked at the broken pipe and gave me several reasons why he couldn't fix it right away but reluctantly agreed to fix it. After 2 hours of repairs and $1200 later my pipes are STILL leaking and the plumber was long gone. He used my water pump to continuously suck up water from the still leaking pipes. I will never use this company for anything ever again.

Mike and Shawn came back out saw the root issues and offered to fix everything for me. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and commend them for following through with the repairs for me.

The technician was very knowledgeable, very polite. Well mannered , young man that I see s a very big access to Roto-Rooter.

I had an emergency yesterday after turning on my jetted tub faucet for the first time in a year—hot water started pouring out and wouldn’t shut off unless I turned off the main line. The first plumber I called wanted $99 just to show up and couldn’t come for three days (which is NOT realistic with water pouring out!). Roto-Rooter answered immediately, charged no service fee to come quote, and was at my door within the hour. They quickly identified the problem and even fixed the other knob while they were at it to prevent future issues. Fast, professional, and no-nonsense. Highly recommend!
