Same day service. Was here within a couple of hours. Chauncey was dispatched to service our plumbing issue. He was professional, patient and thorough.

I made the call and they answered, they ask what the problem was which was to much paper flushed down drain and it was time for a periodically drain clean out anyways, they got some information about my location, they had a technican to call and ask about problem as well he came right on out and got started. And finished in good timing.

Chauncey solved my drainage issue quickly and with true professionalism and with great detail. He checked to make sure that the drain was flowing smoothly and efficiently. I had a stopped up commode. I called Roto-rooter and they responded quickly. Davy came out and cleared the septic line. He was friendly and fixed the problem. My commode is working fine now and I am pleased with the services provided to me by Roto-rooter. The lady who took my order was also friendly and proficient.
