Super nice and very helpful.

Very old school store, don't take Samsung pay or pay over the phone, very inconvenient if you want to use new technology to pay your ticket, not willing to help either.

I believe the true measure of a business is their ability and willingness to help people even when it doesn't necessarily result in a sale. This was my recent experience with John Henry Supply.

In the past year, we've make a few purchases from them for miscellaneous parts that we needed for our church's AC units. Always a reasonable price and great customer service.

Most recently though, we had to replace a thermostat in one of our church buildings and even though we tried a couple other old thermostats we had left over from another building, we still couldn't get the system to kick on. So I called and spoke to the owner and asked if he had any advice he could give me over the phone.

For the next 10-15 minutes, he listened to what I had already tried, asked some questions about our system, and then had me try a few things to make sure the problem wasn't with our HVAC system itself. After just a few minutes, we had narrowed it down that the problem was in fact only with the multiple thermostats we had tried. In no time at all, we were able to get the thermostat bypassed (until we could get a new one) and the heat running in time for our church service that evening.

Needless to say, I highly recommend John Henry Supply!

Super helpful and had just the right part! I had gone to both lowes and home depot, asked for the specific part that they did not have. My toilet does not work properly without it so I couldn't wait for it to be ordered. John Henry supply had exactly what I needed in stock and was helpful with other advice as well. Very friendly and welcoming, I will be returning!

Ed and Zain were recently called out to my house for some troubleshooting. Not only were they prompt with scheduling but showed up timely with call before arrival. They both quickly diagnosed my issues, discussed game plan and pricing and were quick to tackle the issue. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism!

Echols came out and hooked up a spa panel for a hot tub. They came out on a Sunday and were a pleasure to work with.

I contacted them to install a Tesla wall connector. They were able to come out two days earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. The price was very reasonable.

The repair work was done fairly quickly and efficiently, but I felt the price was very steep for the duration and complexity of the service.

Working with the owner, Chris, was amazing. He was so accommodating and working with me on my schedule. When the technicians, Ed and Kirk showed up they were amazing as well! They were so friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done really quickly which I was really surprised at. The next time I need electrical work done I will definitely be using Echols Electrical Company!!! I truly cannot say enough about how happy I was with them!

This company goes above and beyond. From the first moment they were called to give estimate for installation of outdated breaker box outside and inside, they were on the ball with estimates, follow up for questions and patient with us for getting other estimates. Ed and Hunter were on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They did not rush through job and were very thorough and methodical with the installation. We are extremely happy with pricing and service. We will use Echols for any other electrical problems that we have in the future. Recommend highly.

Chris was great with fitting the entire job around my schedule! I would like to compliment techicians Ed and Kirk of Echols Electrical on their fantastic customer service! They were very personable! They replaced a kitchen light fixture and two ceiling fans today. The work was efficient and quick! They were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up after each job.
