Had 5M come replace my AC system. The three guys that came to my house today were absolutely wonderful!! They even jumped off my car when my battery went dead. Very professional. Great work. Best price and most friendly staff of all places I called. I HAVE COLD AIR AGAIN! I will be encouraging people to use you guys every chance I get.

Highly recommend Robert and his team. Had what I thought was a major issue with my A/C unit and it turned out to be minor. The 5M Services team is absolutely the best!! Lost both my upstairs and downstairs units within a week apart. Met with Robert, and he clearly presented me with several different options. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They worked until the job was completed and were very neat.

5M replaced 2 Fujitsu 3-head ductless mini split systems with Mitsubishi systems around March of 2024.

I asked the techs to reinstall the copper drain pipes to the new units. One of the photos below shows the copper pipe on the exterior wall.

The second photo shows that on one unit instead of running the new hose from the inside wall unit through to the exterior wall as it had been originally installed, the tech cut the used 13 year old hose and improperly connected it to the new hose so that the connection was inside the wall. This unit wasn't draining to the outside. When I removed the baseboard under the inside wall unit water poured out onto the floor from inside my wall. In my opinion this was unprofessional and unnecessary. The pipe had to be clamped to the new hose. Why clamp the old and new hoses together inside my wall?

5M sent another technician the next morning (on Saturday) to correct the problem. This is the tech in the photo not the one that installed it.

I was very disappointed in the poor installation of the drainage line but the systems are working fine now.

They came to perform standard maintenance. I’m so glad that they came. They found several problem that could be taken care of early and save me a lot of heartache. Thank you so much for your performance and trustworthiness.
