I used 5M in the past to summer service my AC units and install a thermostat. This time 5M responded to an emergency call when water from the drain pans overflowed and came pouring into my living room. They were at my house in less than 20 minutes. My heat quit working this morning and I don't do cold weather well 🥶 I called 5M Services after waiting for another company for over 5 hours. They had technicians at my home within the hour!! They were so professional. I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend 5M Services.

I had 5M Services install a dual zone Mitsubishi Mini-split. I really liked their professionalism. I value the advice I was given by the owner, I appreciate the attention to detail by my installation team, and have been pleased by their care and clean up when working at my home. I won't hesitate to call 5M in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I contacted 5M near closing time on a Friday about my AC units. Robert was very attentive and concerned about my problem. He sent one of his guys, Brandon out to my house immediately. Brandon was there within 30 minutes of the initial call and was very helpful. Thank you Robert and Brandon, so much for your help.

I had them to install my unit and after installing it, they had to come back and put Freon in it. When they left, my ceiling started leaking and I ended up having to call them right back out again to fix that problem. A month later I had to call them back because I thought my air wasn’t draining water. They came and looked at the unit. A week later, I noticed my house wasn’t cooling. I went back and looked and noticed that the tape was pulled off of the plenum and it was leaking a lot of air. I will never use 5M again. If you use them, you better check behind them.

I contacted 5M to have one of my home’s a/c systems serviced and repaired. I received a text prior to the service call to confirm the technician was en route, and the text included a photo of the technician, a nice touch and great safety feature. The Technician showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and had the system repaired and working within no time. I will definitely use them again.
